We came to check out this supermarket on Sunday (4th June 2023) and there wasn’t any trolley or basket at all… what’s happening?We wandered around trying to find one that we just ended up giving up and headed to Costco instead.

recently visited the Maxi location in my neighborhood and had a very disappointing experience. The store was disorganized and messy, with products strewn about and aisles cluttered with boxes and crates. It was difficult to navigate through the store and find what I needed.To make matters worse, many of the products I was looking for were out of stock. When I asked a staff member for assistance, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They didn't offer any alternatives or suggestions for finding what I needed.

Good customer service. Some of the staffs have less experience and they have less idea about the products. Billing have a long que on busy hours. You have to collect trolley from the entrance gate before entering to the store.

This grocery store is very well organized and clean. You could not meet nicer staff. They go out of there way to help you which I appreciate immensely. I would highly recommend this grocery store.
