Awesome home with a little problem air exchanger vent is leaking only one vent In bedroom it isInside the hose air vent??? I cannot ask anyone a soon as I put in Kent I get building has anyone experienced this problem thank you

The salesman there said that he would get back to me. Never heard from him since. That was last fall.

Great customer service, and knowledgeable staff.

This is the first lumber store I have gone too that had employees available to answer my questions and actually help me. They made cuts to the lumber I needed and it was done quickly.

We decided to go with Kent Homes because we liked their mini homes and could meet with the designer to have what we wanted or as close as possible in a mini home. Laura was great and we have the design we want.While getting all this done and situated we did like the services, in fact even recommended to other friends.The downside is not knowing when our home will be delivered, or even when it will be built. Seems like once our down payment was made nothing else happened after that.We were told on 19 Jan that we should be coming in for final review in a few weeks. It now been a month and a half and still nothing. Just that everything is on schedule. Well that doesn’t make me feel better.No break down of pricing, so we have no idea on what is costing what?All departments are busy, etc. Etc.I think they are lacking in customer service and could do a better job with answering our concerns and questions.Just telling us that final drawings doesn’t have an impact on production doesn’t give us a warm and fuzzy feeling.Would I recommend Kent Homes? At this point; I’m not entirely sure I would.

Unless you want to hire a professional to come in and fix all of their crack filling and everything they leave unfinished, I suggest going with a different company.

Just nope.Don’t waste your time here.I’m not sure who is responsible for responding to inquiries and messages on the Facebook page, but they’ll respond once and ignore you after that.Also, Sarah Mitton and Sean Chappell do the exact same thing, they’ll answer and then not get back to you, whether it’s in a timely fashion or at all.Someone needs to swipe out some employees and replace them with actual caring and responsible human beings because clearly the current ones aren’t helping to hold any concrete business and have potential Customers heading for another company.Why is it so hard to get a response and consistency out of these people?

It seems like the reviews are misleading considering two of the five star reviews are from people who work there, Sarah Mitton and Sean Chappel.

Only reason for a one star is because I can not give any lower, WORST company to deal with. They will lie, extort money from you, never show up on time, piss poor quality of work from on site workers. They can not even produce the same workers. Project manager was the worst. They did not even consult with myself who is buying the home where I would like the placement of the basement. 2 years later and still having problems. Good luck if you decide to go this route.
