Fine Finish Renovations is worth the your time to request a quote. Their work is second to none and are hard workers. Run by Oren who is honest and trustworthy to complete the job as requested and for a fare price. They've done work for me three times, and I plan to continue with them. One could say because they go the extra mile.

Our condo unit is in the same complex as Oren’s but that didn’t stop me from seeking quotations elsewhere. At the end of it, we chose him because of his knowledge and straightforward approach. Oren is very professional, you can tell him everything and he will suggest depending on what’s best for your unit and budget, able to deliver quality work within our agreed timeline. He’s just next door but always emphasizes his availability anytime we need help and to me, that’s doing the extra mile, he’s a contractor who values business and building relationships at the same time. Overall, we had an amazing reno experience and he is someone I can vouch for quality work and would consider hiring again - hopefully not very soon as we are very much happy with our home now. I recommend getting a quote from this company. The owner Oren is very responsive. He helped us complete a full reno of a townhouse and the results were great and within timeline discussed. Oren and his amazing team where respectful, on time, professional and always willing to answer my questions even if they where not part of there scope.Oren, did a quote pre construction and gave an aggressive timeline per my request.The price was fair market value and even a tad below.Oren and his team did replaced our popcorn ceiling added light fixtures to the bedrooms and pit lights in the living room, they painted the whole interior and helped us out with a few more odds and ends.I would definitely recommend you use them if you are looking for a contractor that will give you the true timeline and cost upfront and stick to them with being available to answer further inquiries.

We have had the opportunity to work with Oren about 3 times now. Our building has some roof problems and there's water damage on our ceiling. Oren has been one of the few people that gave us an honest answer to what to expect and what not. He's been more helpful than the management I must say! While we're awaiting a new roof to be installed next year, he has given us invaluable advice to how to deal with the damage and provided us with a solution to be able to inspect the water leaks and at the same time repaired the current ceiling to look cosmetically appealing. Oren is quick to respond, honest and detailed. I definitely recommend him.

It is not easy to find a contractor that cares about your property as much as you do but we got lucky and found Oren. He truly cares about his work and does everything to make sure you are satisfied. Oren did our Kitchen reno and as you can see he did fabulous job. We will use his services again.

I really enjoyed working with Oren, and I have a lot of gratitude for how much he helped me through the process of renovating my apartment so I could list it for sale.He has a lot of knowledge about what type of work needs to be done, and knows how to get it done quickly, affordably, and to a high standard of quality, and was very helpful guiding me through the decisions I needed to make.Scope of work included potlights, flooring, paint, and he did a lot of detailing in the bathroom and kitchen such as re-caulking and updating some of the fixtures.
