The worst experience with DHL delivery. They didn’t call when they arrive for delivering the package and then said by email that they attempted but nobody was at home. How do they know if they don’t call?? They charge extra for next delivery.

Bad customer service. The place won't take DHL prepaid drop off, even though it's listed on the website. Don't waste your time with this location.

I received a delivery today from DHL Shipping. I was beyond surprised at the exceptional customer service. Our delivery was prompt, the driver went out of his way to have the package delivered to me in the same day, and he ensured the contents of the package were safe. Canada Post and Purolator could learn a thing or two from you guys, thank you for restoring my faith in the postal industry!
