I really enjoyed my time at ACTI. The amount of information provided in such a condensed time frame was great. For me it was a great launching point for finding out all the different things I need to know to run my small business, and what I'll need to help it grow into something bigger. I would give it 5 stars, but it was over Zoom and I feel that took away a lot of the impact and effect some of the classes could have had. Also, for me personally I felt a few of the classes were not relevant to being self employed/starting a business and a couple classes were not thought out very well - but this maybe could have been because they had to transition to Zoom. A definite positive is you get to meet other people in the same situation which is extremely beneficial. Overall it really was a great experience and I feel so much more confident moving forward. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to become self employed.

I just finished the business mixer and will be taking the training and mentorship program next week. I thoroughly enjoyed the mixer and meeting everyone. I feel very confident and excited about this program. The people are great!

I took the self employment course, and I found they were well organized and informative. There's some things that could be tweaked with the variety of speakers, as there was overlap in information at times. But over all, ACTI knows what they're doing, and I hope they can keep training new business owners for years to come.

This program taught me so much about starting my own business. I use what I learned here every day, and have walked away with friends for life. I recommend it to everyone as an essential step in moving life and your business forward.

if you are lost on what it takes to become self employed and dont have time to waste on going back to school then this is the place for you ! the staff and mentors are lovely and have all the right resources to benefit you and wonderful speakers as well i would recommend this to anyone who was lost just as i was now i have a registered business and places to seek information thanks acti !

Absolutely life-changing! I now run a very successful freelance writing business and owe so much to the Anderson Career Training Institute. The program is well planned in all its phases with outstanding instructors who are experts in their fields. Every aspect of creating and running your own business is covered. Outstanding.

I can say how much I enjoyed it every single day; how beneficial it was…more than beneficial actually; how it energized, built confidence, and created such a well-rounded overview of the different aspects of entrepreneurship.Even though having that perspective could at times feel overwhelming, the instructors delivered their material with such engagement. You sensed that they were more focused on sharing the learnings of their experiences rather than teaching theory. And with so many of them being previous ACTI students, it made you feel like you were part of a supported community. That only added to solidify the trust and faith that everyone would/could be successful.So thank you for delivering a service that I have been blessed to participate in!

Full 360° small business learning experience. This course is life changing. Not only to you learn cool time and money saving hacks but they delve into your passions. You get the opportunity to develop your small business goals, values and motivations.

I really enjoyed the program! There was a lot of information that was really useful. While I have a business degree, much of that education is aimed at working for a large corporation and doesn't teach the hands on marketing and other details needed to operate a small business. Plus, the contacts made from Anderson were useful! I loved the mentorship part of the program and that there were so many guest speakers which really knew their niches. Awesome program that I would highly recommend!
