Staff were very friendly and flowers seemed to be nice. I was ordering something to be delivered in the west island for mothers day. They charge a delivery fee, which I can understand, but also have a minimum order of $35 to deliver in the area I wad sending to. Found that very odd and seemed like I was being charged twice. I wanted to support one of my local businesses but I think next time I'll either order online or chose another location.

Never buy from here, I’m very unsatisfied. VERY BAD SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. I called them to let them know my concerns, and they ignore nor tried to compensate me for shipping me dead flowers full of fungus.

They did a wonderful job with my bouquet. Ordered at 10 am and they were delivered at 2. It was for my cousin’s husband that passed away, it was a beautiful cheerful bouquet.. thank you so much they were absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this florist.Thank you so much.Cheryl from Winnipeg

Ordered on-line. Got the confirmation. Received the call from the shop next day saying that they would not be able to deliver for the next 4(!) days because they were too busy. When asked if they can at least offer any enhancement in return for the inconvenience - the answer was NO, unless we increase the price! The lady on the phone was pretty rude and abrupt. Clearly they don't care about customers.Update: I'm glad that this vendor pays attention to the reviews. I did receive another call from the florist the next day and , unlike the first time, was offered the delivery to be completed. They did not have the inventory to put together the arrangement that I've initially selected from the web-site, but I was absolutely fine with having the florist improvising with the potted flowers they had on hand that day. It looked nice and my relatives were very pleased . Thank you.

Fantastic Florist! I had a great experience and ordered 2 beautiful flower arrangements which were put together meticulously well. My order was confirmed in the early afternoon and the flowers were delivered late afternoon just a few hours later. I would highly recommend for high quality flower arrangements.

I was heading to this fleurist on April 1st to buy my mom a bouquet for her birthday, and called ahead saying I will be there soon before 5pm which is the closing time. The lady said okay if you arrive before 5 it is okay. I showed up at 4:58pm, the door was already locked and all the lights were off. I knocked on the door and called. The lady in the store saw me at the door, ignored me and turned away. I am VERY disappointed in their service, especially because I was on time and she was expecting me. Super unprofessional and lost that business and any future business of mine or the people I know.

Love this store! I have ordered flowers on multiple occasions From this shop. The delivery is in timely manner, flowers are always fresh and designs are beautiful! I live far from my family and knowing that I can always count on this shop for any occasion give me a piece of mind!P.S. I ordered flowers on line. Fresh and Beautiful bouquet was delivered within 4 hrs- WOW!

Ordered flowers Feb 15 for our anniversary of 31years with a inside joke message for my misses, the lady who took the message giggled yet didn't question. Received them in about 4 hours, beautiful bouquet of roses. Great customer service, they have never disappointed. Cheers
