Loyal customer of theirs - spent hundreds on products and flowers over the past few years.Went to get a product that I got before (a coffee creamer), they didn't have it, the woman recommended a replacement product. I brought it home and it honestly tasted like motor oil. I brought it back the next day, the woman refused to even see if it was gone bad or even offer me a credit or replacement item, even though I had been going there forever.To make it worse the owner was extremely rude. Great way to lose a loyal customer.Oh well, other stores in Kelowna have the same products at better prices anyways and don't ask for tips at the checkout either.

Ive been seeing this company alot online being famous for their keto friendly products that they offer. So, I was definitely excited when I got the chance to finally go. Their are lots of items on the shelf that were new to me and I loved that because I'll be trying them soon. Nonetheless I actually went for lunch. After arriving at the store we realized their wasn't any designated parking for their store which we weren't really happy about but we did the paid parking and went it. As I mentioned earlier their were lots of goodies which I browsed after ordering. To be honest I did expect a little bit more from the cafe as I've been following them for months before I went. I ordered a bulletproof coffee and a cheese sandwich. The sandwich was made on 2 slices of their in house coconut bread and was served with a pickle. The sandwich was really really small for the cost I would have loved 2 and the cheese was only in half of the sandwich. To say the least I was disappointed but it definitely was yummy and I revelled in the fact that I was able to walk up to a store and purchase a fully keto meal with any substitutes.

I just stopped by today for the first time and got some keto treats! The cupcakes are amazing! So light and perfectly sweet, but not overly sweet. No weird aftertaste like some keto sweeteners can leave. Very well done, Flour Bean

Lots of keto goodies to be found here! Also the first place to offer a dairy and sugar free latte that I know of in Kelowna!!

Delicious keto goodies and a whole bunch of keto grocery items. Had a yummy tea, next time I want to try a coffee. It smelled wonderful.

Cute little hole in the wall cafe in the mission area. Fantastic treats and keto friendly! The bulletproof keto coffee is a great way to start my day. I found the cafe from a post in the kelowna keto group. I make sure to go out of my way to grab some of their fat bombs and mini key lime cheesecakes as soon as they post that they're available!

First visit and I’m definitely going back next time I’m in Kelowna. Super friendly and helpful staff and nice selection of products. The cupcakes looked amazing and I can’t wait to try them.

wow... i am learning i have some sensitivities to foods and have been on a health journey for awhile now having shed a bunch of weight . i bought the noodles made of palm hearts and the keto tai noodle .. both are amazing and did not upset my stomach at all .. the seed bread is fantastic.. definitely going back

I've have been trying Keto lately and really appreciate that they have options for it. Bulletproof coffee and a Keto friendly donut is the way to go! Lots of variety and the lady is very friendly. Will be back again soon!
