I bought all my tiles for our reno here (4 kinds). I love how they are displayed in their store, it's easy to see and also you can find the pricing right away. I think their prices are also pretty good. The guys at the warehouse where you pick up are super friendly and helpful as well. I worked a lot with Yoani during this and she was so helpful and just made the whole process so easy!

As an interior designer, there is no other place in Toronto who has a better tile selection than Saltillo tile. Beautiful selection of marble mosaics as well as colorful unique tiles that scream personality. The service is amazing, and the owner is always helpful, with his knowledge and expertise as well as his ability to negotiate the best price!! Always new selections to die for!!

Their customer service over the phone is quite terrible and leaves a lot to be desired. Based on this, I would recommend shopping with other competitors.

Worst service, and the owner is a very offensive person.My friend went for this store to mutch the bathroom tiles. They found the exact tile, and the price was around $1,30-1,40 according the sales representative.Next week I went to buy the tile ,but sales person told me that she could not recall the person and tell as well, I was trying to give them hint by the price and details and same time was looking the picture to show , when suddenly man ask me how much I want , when he hear that it was only 25sq.ft ( 3x6 small tiles) he start laughing and told that don't waste my time and was told to get out from his store.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE WHERE THEY ARE READY TO OFFEND YOU IF YOU ARE NOT SPENDING MUCH MONEY

Super service and the mosaics are incredible!

My experience at this tile shop was over the top! First of all it started with my mistake on the calculation of the flooring thickness, I thought I had to exchange it to another thinner ones , so I did and Yoani was very sweet and helpful throughout the process. (But honestly I LOVE the tiles that I picked and they also carry a lot of other tiles that will give you a “WOW”! ) after the return, I was at the shop again and was talking to the other very helpful staff (sorry never got to get his name) we told him the situation that we hv and he gave us excellent advise even he was very busy. So we decided to follow his advise and go back to the warehouse and pick up the one that we returned. (I know.. trouble customers!) I felt sorry for having the old guy moving the stock at the warehouse back and forth. I was very much expecting a hard time on the way back to the warehouse but the staffs were very friendly. I just hv to say they are EXCELLENT! From IN AND OUT! They deserve a 5 stars review! Thank you team I appreciate everything!

Just finished renovating my kitchen and the tile for my backsplash is beyond beautiful! Highly recommend Saltillo tiles. Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Could not have picked a better location to purchase my tiles. Thanks to Mike and his team for a great experience!

I came here after a friend referred me here for tile. I wish I had read the reviews before going today, as I have never had more rude and disrespectful customer service. The woman sat behind her desk eating her breakfast while I mentioned a friend referred me to the store. When I asked about a style of tile I was looking for, she said ‘that is passé and our clients that come here have a high level of style’. She then proceeded to sit behind her desk and not help me in any way at all. After taking a few more minutes to look around, I realized that there tile selection was nothing special, so save your time and don’t bother coming here.
