I came here on a referral to get diesel engine tuning done. My Mercedes Sprinter had turbo lag (bad lag when pulling away from a stop) that the dealer could never resolve. JR improved it significantly as well as increased performance through acceleration. Not the easiest guys to understand, especially on the phone but they do seem to take care of you if you are a referral.

Very bad experience with this company they are very rude and talk to customers very badly I do not recommend anyone to deal with them the main office in Canada does not have any customer service skills! The owners wife who's the receptionist and customer service person is absolutely piggish in attitude. She's the most horrible person to deal with. It's as though she is Bipolar. She's the total opposite of Yarek and Robert who are the other two persons who works there. I went there only because their work is good but the way she talked and treated me was less than human!

It seems they are recently buying reviews so let me make sure none of the real ones are getting pushed down to the bottom of the list.My only issue with this place was the receptionist at the front. I would have brought my car there but she made it seem like they did not want my business. I will not be recommending JR Auto Performance Inc to anyone.

Outstanding customer service. They took the time to answer my questions on the phone and provided a friendly, accommodating environment at the shop. Remember the golden rule: be respectful, be courteous and you will be treated the same.Very happy with their work. The staff is excellent with general maintenance and suggests appropriate work to be completed while I'm, at the shop, saving money in the long run.This is a niche business run by some really great people. I couldn’t be happier with JR Auto as my mechanic.

These guys are the best at what they do. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars ecu. They get the job done quick and at a very honest price. They are good people who will work to insure your back on the road asap.

if i could give 0 stars i would i spoke to this indian lady on the phone and she was extremly rude and hostile and told me you dont do flash tunes which is fine but then she was extremly rude and called my phone 3 times when i hung up. i will never go there for anything.

This is a great place for a ECU reflash!! I have a 2004 sprinter and they were the best. I had a little trouble and they were very patient and helped me out with my questions. Went on my first trip after reprogram and the rv sprinter runs fantastic!! And speed limiter is gone!! It definitely runs stronger than before.

Lady who answers the phone doesn't even say the name of the shop she just answered hello i thought I called the wrong number for a second and she was kinds rude to be honest. 3 seconds into the call and I already knew I didn't want to take my car here. Work on your phone skills and customer service that will really help you avoid poor reviews.
