Update - owner attempted to message my boyfriend over Facebook, and said that everything written below was a lie, I wrote a truthful review, if you couldn’t help us solve a wire issue, don’t agree to help. I get it, not everyone is an expert electrician, but have some more respect and better customer service and maybe I would have written a better review, especially because we thought the owner had stolen the truck as he WOULD NOT tell us where the truck was “parked”I should mention the truck is a GMC, not a dodge - but he said he knew exactly what the issue was.Had my bfs truck for a few weeks, refused to answer the phone, never called with updates.Gave up attempting to fix the truck after “tearing apart the ECM.” Had to pay to tow it to a different shop & pay what he said he attempted to fix.His receptionist told me 3 different stories, said of the wiring is messed up, but oh we just needed to put gas in it (didn’t let us know for TWO weeks). Should’ve just put gas in it and charged it to the invoice as I had asked to do.Thought the truck was stolen as a tow truck driver went to pick it up and it was gone. Wouldn’t tell me where the trucks location was, until it was convenient for him instead of when I would’ve liked to pickup (missed appointment at other shop because of this).Worst customer service, don’t be cocky and say you know exactly what’s wrong and then give up !!! Brutal.
