This a&w is really a good place to eat at night especially whenever there is nothing else open. Yesterday night i got a beyond meat burger and it was really good for the taste. but my stomach is in bad pain since i ate that burger. Staff working overnight is really good. It never happened before, but this time it is really bad to bear the stomach ache. I am not allergic to anything in specific

Drive through, so the atmosphere doesn't really count. Food and service were to be as expected, but what really disappointed me was that a teen combo is now over $21. Not sure I'll be going back

Was in Kelowna visiting family and popped in to grab breakfast while on a walk. Super friendly staff. Very clean loo, cleanest washrooms of any fast food establishment I’ve ever been in. Kudos to the team working the morning on 13 June!

Donnelly at the A&W at Capri was so kind and friendly! Provided quick service and really seemed to keep a positive mind set despite the rush! Thank you! Food was great too!

Very disappointed in my breakfast experience here yesterday! I visited to have a pancake breakfast with a friend. We ordered and pancakes were decent, made pretty quickly...was going to have a latte with my meal but a small latte was $8.88 which seemed very high compared to the rest of the menu. So we just had water. I asked to use the restroom and the lady at the front said I would have to leave my bag outside...although I was a bit uncomfortable with that she informed me that I would not be able to use the restroom unless I left my bag. When I came out of the washroom my bag was gone and the lady at the front said she saw a guy grab my bag and went into the Male restroom so she knocked on the door, with no response, and after spending 15mins waiting for this guy to emerge, I was informed that the washroom was empty, and I was completely beside myself when I came to terms that my bag had been stolen!! An extremely rude security guard stopped by and said very bluntly that I left my bag unattended and he didn't care that it got stolen and wasn't his problem. My bag had my tablet in it, and art supplies, but the thing I am most upset about that can not be replaced was my sketch book!! Which had all of my art from the last year in it!! I am completely devastated and for them to be so rude to say it's not their problem and to even go a step further and say they honestly don't care, made me leave their establishment feeling very upset. It is of my understanding that when they had asked me to leave my bag it is their responsibility to keep it safe for me until I return?? I definitely will not be returning to this location and I wanted to warn others about my experience so it doesn't happen to them.

Tasty Uncle Burger and Root Beer this meal. The drive through had great improvement in wait time for an A&W...very fast this time! As always nice fresh and crisp lettuce on my burger.

Stopped for some A and W fries for the grand kids...and a couple coffees for us ....quick service and easy in and out...the coffee has really improved as of late ...another visit with the grandkids..

Am a mature male whose A&W STAFF invited me to take in my bike after it was stolen from me right outside the store. They’ve been supportive, kind, great service and great food. The supervisor is a professional and caring individual always looking out to provide the customer the best of care, service and attention. I come here every morning to work on my career and enjoy and appreciate each and every staff member and how they respectfully treat me.
