I prefer this location over the Waterloo one as it’s a bit smaller & easier to navigate. I found the store very clean with a nice selection.Only issue would be the lack of staff at the counter for a busy Saturday & long lines at both the cash & fitting rooms.

Awful experience have visited this location twice. Waterloo is no better. No sense of urgency, the staff don’t care how long the lines are one cashier serving 10. Everything is always on the floor. H&M has gone downhill I’ll stick to online.

Not inclusive. Clothing falls off the hangers anytime you search through the clothing resulting in multiple pieces of clothing on the ground. One pair of pants say they are a size 12 and fit but somehow another 12 doesn't fit. Employees directed me to online instead of other clothing that may be better than what i looked at in store. Employees also stand gathered at the checkouts while one person works and they do not greet people when they walk in the store Just in general a not so great atmosphere or experience.
