The UPS Store

Pricey for 2 copies.Amazing customer service but paid 3$ for 2 emailed copies standard size no colour....Again great customer service but a tad bit expensive

The guy that took the package at the queensway/hurontario location was very rude and could use some lessons in customer service. He barked orders to leave the package and wouldn’t provide a receipt acknowledging he took the package. He actually grunted at me when I said thank you and have a good day. RUDE !! Horrible service. Would drive further to avoid coming back to this location.

Quick, efficient store for all your shipping needs. In/out in 5 minutes or less more often than not.

Awful services . I really wish they hire people who know what they are doing . Giving wrong information to clients is not nice . I don’t know who hire these people . Highly incompetent staff .

The old man who was on the counter is very rude and unprofessional. I wonder how come a brand like UPS hire such a employee. If he is the owner of the store then UPS should immediately revoke the service from that store as he is putting down the reputation of UPS.First upon he refused to scan my return package in my presence. Then I asked if item is missed or stolen how can I prove it was dropped in this store. He said I don't care. If you want then keep item on the table else go anywhere else you want. Excuse me!!! Is this the way customer should be treated in a UPS store??It was a Microsoft laptop of worth 5000$, how can I throw it on a table without a confirmation receipt or the bar code get scanned? Who will be accountable if it got missed or stolen? If any item got missed then store will simply say they have not received the item and there is no way you can prove it that the item was dropped at that store.It was a clear intention of that store employee(old man) not to take accountability.The there is a 100% chance your item will be stolen or missed.Anyway I didn't feel safe to drop my item there and went to another store address:30 Eglinton Ave W #14

That Indian guy seems to always be in a bad mood. I’ve had better experiences there before, which is why I kept going back, but now, thanks to this guy, my last few visits felt as though I was begging him to do something he would rather not be doing. Won’t be going back.

Excellent service always. Very helpful and soft spoken staff. I am so happy they are in my neighborhood. Makes it so convenient for me. My chosen location to drop off my packages.

I wish I can give 0 stars they are terrible. the guy that works there he doesn't do anything whatever I ask him he always says call customer service I think his name is Michael. I wish my orders wouldn't go through UPS but other company.

Very disorganized at the back. He couldn't find my package but I insisted because I called UPS beforehand for where my package was and they said it was here. They guy looked for it again and found it in a pile on the floor at the back. If it weren't for that things would have been more complicated for me.
