Nous sommes très heureux de notre nouvelle maison, expérience très agréable avec des gens professionnels, très bon service.Je les recommande grandement.

The reason I bought new is because I wanted everything to be perfect. The kitchen Island Is not straight. The kitchen ventilation fan is not centered. If i want them to fix it, the kitchen would have to be redone. Countertop in one of the counters is too short. Elevator is not ready. I got the keys 1 month ago, can't move In because delivery services only deliver up to 3 floors. They should give me some compensation. Half a millon dollar is a lot of money for an imperfect kitchen. They probably used a student put together the cabinets. There were other issues but were taken care of . I had bought From Sylvain Menard 13years ago. They were excellent I would buy from them again.

Je suis toujours sous le choc d'avoir perdu une maison car aucune faute de ma part sur la mauvaise communication. imaginez que c'était une première maison pour quelqu'un. Je crois que l'entrepreneur n'a aucune bonne foi pour ses clients, juste la cupidité de l'argent.

Very poor service after-sales. I had a plumber issue and t was urgent, I am still waiting to be fixed for more than 2 days now.

Extremely rude, horrible customer service. Because of the broker's attitude, I am not giving you business. Unacceptable.

J'ai grandement apprécié la qualité du service et de la construction. J'ai acheté une première résidence en 2019 avec Habitations Raymond Allard et j'ai apprécié mon expérience. J'ai eu une excellente prise en charge du début à la fin. Le service après-vente est efficace.Je viens tout juste d'en acheter une seconde à des fins locatives à Valleyfield en septembre 2021 et tout comme la première fois, j'ai le droit à une excellente prise en charge de leur part. Merci 2 fois!!!
