After reviewing the Vanquish ME product and it’s reviews, I gave it a try at Photoderma. The staff are very friendly, and they did their best to accommodate my schedule. I was aware that everyone gets different results with Vanquish ME. For me I got zero results. It’s an expensive purchase, and I believe that any company, including Photoderma, should stand behind this product. I did share this with the manager who suggested that I come in to get my measurements done. It is a 2 hour round trip drive and I wasn’t told what my 2 hour round trip would accomplish. For this reason I considered it a waste of time.I will add to my review…..as I just spoke with a technician at PhotoDerma. He name is Stephanie and she is very nice and professional. The point of adding to my original review is that based on my discussion with her, you can’t just say the words that “customer service is very important to us” and then it magically happens. The words do not make it so. I am not a happy customer and I was not asking for anything. I do not want my money back as I was already aware that results with Vanquish ME will vary per client. But as a company that verbalized that customer service is important to them maybe they could have offered me something? Again I did not and was not going to ask for anything. They could have suggested that maybe we give it another try? Maybe we could offer you some sessions? Maybe we could offer you some sessions at a discounted price? Anyway I will say, again, they are very nice people that work there. It’s just that when you spend $2000 on ANY product or service you do have expectations that you will get some benefit from said product.

Will be taking a photo facial very soon. I was explained everything in detailed and Marianne was very courteous and informative. The spa is clean and very well kept.

If you’re looking to get a good aesthetic clinic experience this is definitely NOT the place for you, I have been to a different aesthetician before and I loved my experiences they treat you like you’re getting a TREATMENT not just being rushed to get the job done. I got two treatments done with Photoderma and I was really disappointed the aesthetician kept saying oh I will just let you go, just 5 minutes and she literally was done in 15 minutes and I paid $200+ for the glow peel but she was in sucha rush, I never said I am in rush or be fast, my treatment started at 4 and I was back in my car at 4:15! I never had such bad experience with anyone and I felt embarrassed once I was done because you just don’t slap products on your clients face and be done with it. I wish I would have stopped her at that time and asked her why is she in sucha rush! She never asked me to be comfortable or offered me to change into robe she never touched my neck area never even offered me a blanket as you expect from such places. So unprofessional and unwelcoming. I wish they teach proper work ethics along teaching about the products.Edit: I didn’t see the reply from the owner until now, I never had any complaint with the treatment, It worked and did what it was supposed to do. I only had complaint with the rushed service and I felt violated of my rights as a client. I do understand how the treatment works. It was my own expectation which might have ruined my experience because my first aesthetician visit with another clinic was really good, unfortunately that placed closed down. There I felt valued and they gave the 45 minutes treatment on every peel visit.)

Wonderful staff! Super service! Great results! Hair removal was pain free and effective. PhotoDerma Sainte-Dorothee is the place to go!

good clinic overall, staff is nice , but i had the 3 for me" treatment and tbh i am disappointed
