Just a number could have a job one day be laid off next. Poor run company with unqualified supervisors. Equipment was in good shape but took a lot of abuse from unqualified operators. I will never work for this company again the foremans had no respect to any new members coming on board they always treated them like they were useless off the rip. Turnover rate is hgher then any other company, Terrible place to work.

iB worked at MATCON about 3 seperate times and all of the Forman ‘s are pansies. they are treated like princesses and have extremely very short fuses. their entitled unrealistic expectations the jumping around from job to job if something isn’t going right they won’t tell you they’ll just move your jobs management has no brain and I do not recommend anyone to work there ever

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your workers and drivers. It seems that some of them lack common sense when it comes to parking in front of gated properties' driveways. Even after being notified, they failed to apologize and promptly move their vehicles. Instead, they remained stubborn and engaged in unnecessary discussions. This conduct is truly regrettable.Furthermore, when I contacted your company to report the incident, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist named Caleb. I found their attitude to be rude and unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility for the situation and taking steps to identify the driver and have the truck relocated, Caleb insisted that I handle the issue myself. Such a response was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
