Decided to come try this place out and It was delicious!! I got a chicken shawarma plate with some extra garlic sauce and hot sauce and was definitely impressed. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the customer service was great!! Big thank you to Elif for the wonderful experience

This place used to be decent but it is terrible now. The food is so bland and the wraps are terrible they just fall apart leaving a huge mess. Management needs to address this or this place or they will lose the few customers they have left.

Chicken Doner Sandwich tastes just fine nothing special. The portion is enough for one person but the price, $15.99, is a bit expensive. Ordered via Uber Eats.

This plate was massive! I was surprised but eh quantity hands down was the best and the food was fresh and very tasty. Was impressed since it was my first visit.

At 6 pm did not have chicken or beef shawarma to cut from the grill , they have cut ones all ready , stupid me accepted it . I got the food came home . Chicken was not cooked still blood. Beef was ice cold . No more zagros I guess .

DO NOT GO IF YOU DONT LIKE BEEF!I used to go to this place a lot, for chicken shawarma, but yesterday after i had my shawarma, i saw they use the same cutting machine for chicken as well as beef. What a Shame!

Really good shawarma spot to go to in Vaughan. The location is good.I got the shawarma plate. The meat was tasty but the portion size was not so much. Was a lot of salad/coleslaw compared to the meat and rice.

Whole family got food poisoning from the chicken and beef plates. The meat also tasted like rubber gloves. Place should be shut down!

This place has gone downhill FAST. I’m a big fan of shawarma - even “fast food” shawarma is delicious to me. Mr Zagros was a great spot for me over the past year, but recently has gone downhill especially.1. They overcharge (often round up a dollar on their POS)2. Wraps are soggy3. Chicken is tasteless and ratio of ingredients is done very poorlyOverall the taste is just bland and uninteresting, not at all what you’d expect from shawarma.Just got a shawarma wrap as well - and there was a looooong piece of black hair inside. It was super gross to an already unpleasant experience (the wrap was completely wet and disintegrating, and I ate it immediately in the parking lot).

Pretty good shawarma spot. A bit better than osmows, clean place and lots of parking.On the expensive side... bought a beef wrap. It was 16$ in total....I probably won't come back, but I had a decent meal. Thank you.
