It was such a pleasure working with Avtar on our bathroom renovation. He was so friendly and helpful and we were able to pick out everything we wanted - vanity, tower, toilet, shower faucets and taps - within no more than half an hour! Bath and Kitchen Studio has high quality products at a reasonable price and the customer service Avtar provides is second to none! We are already thinking about renovating our kitchen and another bathroom and we will definitely be using Bath and Kitchen Studio again!

Avatar was great to deal with. Very nice and very informed. We didn't know what to expect going in. In the end we purchased toilet, pedestal sink and fixtures. Much better than the same old stuff from Homedepot and Lowes. We will definitely go there when we redo our master ensuite.

We’ve previously purchased a shower, powder room vanity, and now all of our faucets, sinks, bathroom fans, shower fixtures etc. for a major home renovation that we are currently doing. Excellent customer service and decor advice. Our standing tub arrived and was damaged by the delivery person. Avtar ordered a replacement, and picked up the damaged tub.

Six bathrooms later, this is the only place I'd buy my fixtures, Aftar is incredibly knowledgeable, has a wide variety of accessories and most importantly, has the parts and guidance on hand when I encounter a leaky faucet almost 10 years after I bought it!! He treats his customers as friends and remembers exactly what you purchased. Thanks Aftar!

I thought i was support a local business , my mistake. Avtar has absolutely no knowledge of any product on his store , and the store is disorganized and on top of that ugly like his attitude and personality.He was rude and abusive to me and my friends.I woudn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.He should seek professional help.

We have purchased from Bath and Kitchen Studio few times to change our faucets. Aftar, the owner, has been great to deal with during each experience. He's very attentive and had great expertise in the faucet world. Their products are top quality. Even our trade commented on how well the faucets we ordered from Aftar are made. Aftar even went out of his way to deliver the faucet to our house since we couldn't make it to Georgetown to pick up when the order came in! If this isn't outstanding customer service, I don't know what it is then. You will not be disappointed buying from this shop. #supportlocalbusinesses.

Extremely rude owner - Avtar. Force you to buy everything from him, or else gets extremely rude and will go all the way to insult you. Highly impulsive. Would not not recommend him to anyone. He told us Ikea and Home Depot stuff is garbage in front of his products (same models).

We renovated our main bath and laundry room during COVID and opted to support local businesses as much as possible. This saved us a lot of time and frustration plus, we valued the quality compared to what was available in big box stores. We purchased a tub, laundry room sink and all fixtures from Bath and Kitchen Studio at a reasonable price. The owner Avtar, is very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating.There was a good selection of products to choose from but, if what we wanted wasn't in stock, Avtar ordered it in for us. Avtar dealt with delivery delays (due to COVID) efficiently by communicating with the supplier and us on a regular basis which we appreciated. We highly recommend Bath and Kitchen Studio and plan to go back for our next renovation project!
