When we called Dallas he was able to get us in right away and would be at our place for a couple of hours before he even met with us. Once we arrived he had the report finished and finalized with words and information that was easy to understand. He was able to provide all the information and pictures we needed to provide to the insurance company. He used multiple pieces of equipment to provide a well rounded and thorough inspection (ie. moisture meter, drone, outlet power checker). He didn’t provide assumptions but stuck to the facts he knew.
