Kevin has been doing my hair for YEARS! Since before he opened his own salon he has been the only one I trust to do my hair. He is truly talented and I have never once left his chair disappointed. I leave feeling like I can take on the world. My highlights are always impeccably done - I don’t know how he does it but he makes my hair look natural and just beautiful! Any time I’ve had a work event, wedding or party to go to, I get my hair styled by him as well.The salon also carries products that actually work! As someone who used to have unruly and very dry hair I highly recommend the Unite Boing or 7 seconds products - I’ve used both and could write a full review on those as well! They aren't pushy about their products either. If you ask for advice they offer a product that works and it is up to you from there.The salon is gorgeous and modern! The staff all make you feel very welcomed. Good music is always playing and overall it is just a fun and friendly environment.If you are particular about your hair, you need to go here! I really cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team!

Been coming since they opened and it is the BEST! Anna is not only the only person I will let do my hair, she is the only person that is able as other salons have refused. If you have problem hair or a very specific request this is the salon for you.

I went their with high hopes after seeing the reviews! It didn't quite work for me! I asked for long layers at the back and face framing layers at the front ! I didn't like the way she did it ! She seemed very sweet no offense ! I just didn't like the haircut ! I wanted the stylist make my hair look like I came out of a salon , I came out if their like a wet chicken !Didn't really like it !

I wanted to take a minute to thank the staff at Kevin lunn spa. I booked my wife for an appointment to keep her busy while setting up a surprise for her. She was so pleased with the service and how friendly all the staff was during her visit. Walking in, I was immediately impressed with how clean and fresh everything looked. Great atmosphere, and very organized.My heartfelt thanks to you all for the wonderful experience you provided for my wife.

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about this place!You're welcomed at the front by Jay who is always welcoming and kind! If he's ever in a bad mood, you certainly can't tell!I always see Kevin for my hair and I swear he can read my mind. I've been coming here for a few years and not once have I been even slightly disappointed. Whether it's a cut, dye or both - he always does the most fabulous job.Anytime I'm unsure of what I want to do he gives great advice and tells me like it is!I would (and do) recommend this place to absolutely everyone!

Went about 4 times to the spa at KL.Was happy the first few times but thr last time I went for a facial was disappointed. The facialist seemd very tired and un interested in treatment. Compared to the services I had received the first three times it did not seem to the same level. Her hands also smelled strongly of cigarettes as she did the treatment on my face. I live close by, and not one to make a big deal about things I decided to give it another try a month later booking a back facial. I called the salon to book the treatment as I was having a hard times doing it on line. Appointment was booked verbally and somehow I wrote down the wrong date of treatment. I didn't realize I missed Appointment until layer that evening. I felt horrible as I never do this but was an honest mistake. After having been at the salon 4 times they must of had my credit card on file and went ahead and charged me $74 for the no show appointment. After having spent close to a thousand dollars there last year I was rather appalled by this. A mistake shouldn't result in a penalty eespecially as a regular local customer. Complete turn off will never return. Enjoy the $74.00

I have been going to Kevin for my hair for the past 10 years! He always listens to my requests and gives honest input! His salon is always organized and clean and peaceful! I've recommended 3 of my family member over the past 10 years that now see him! He's the only stylist I'll go to now!

I wanted to highlight this wonderful salon my sisters and I have discovered since moving to the Niagara region. It’s very clean and spacious inside. I had a beautiful cut and bayalage done to my hair and receive many compliments.I’ve had two different stylists and both have been so friendly, experienced and detailed.I used to get my hair done on Queen st. in Toronto and have left many times upset and feeling like I wasn’t listened to. The team here asked lots of questions to make sure they understood what I was looking for. Kevin himself came over to give me advice as well, very collaborative team.From a health and safety perspective, I felt very safe and they took every precaution to protect their colleagues and clients.Lastly, I appreciate that they have a great reservation system, which reminded me of my visit and I was able to give my card info in advance which made it a contactless payment.Great experience end to end!
