We had the pleasure of dealing with Parvaneh while searching for the perfect electric fireplace for our home renovation. She was recommended to us through our contractor and he was right about her. We had researched products/prices and when we met, we were grateful to have all our questions answered with no sales pressure. The customer service and fair prices were excellent which lead us to buying a second fireplace for our basement. Anyone looking for a friendly, professional experience with quality products and great prices should go to Concord and meet Parvaneh. The drive is worth it.

We purchased a Dimplex Electric Fireplace and a Continental Gas Fireplace. From the start, they were very quick to respond to emails and at every step of the process wanted to make sure you are happy with the product and service. We were able to book the installation within a week of ordering the gas fireplace and the installers were clean and efficient. Everyone who works with this company was knowledgeable about the products and services. I would highly recommend GTA Heating & A/C Inc.

Fireplace unit is great but installation was anything but great. Owner and his assistant showed up late, were not very careful and scratched up my mantle to the point where I have to repaint it (see pictures), they installed the screen crooked (see picture) and when I called them up to ask to come back and fix it, they said I did it and refused to return to fix it. I would think long and hard before calling up GTA Heating and A/C Inc.

I have hired GTA Heating & AC (Mike) for various installation and fixes. They are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very happy with them. Their prices are competitive as well. Last weekend, my furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. I called Mike who FaceTimed with me (during his personal and dinner time). He walked me through steps to figure out what to do. He asked me to read the fault code. He researched it and then came back to me. We tried different things and we fixed it. He did not charge me any money. He is an honest man that is knowledgeable with his business. I highly recommend him.

Just purchased and had delivered a fireplace from this company. Searched for a fireplace for some time and can say that the prices are excellent, and their selection was better than most. In particular, it's great to see such a variety of floor models. Even more important: extremely nice people who have been just exemplary in their follow up and promises kept.
