Terrifically friendly, knowledgeable, and I'm please to report - they stand behind their products. I did a return recently that was smooth as butter. Great shop for all your needs and doggies welcomed with treats.

Josh is great, he was so kind. I wish Trees would give him the education he needs to excel in this role. Great customer service and honest about knowledge or lack there of. Very polite.

I have been in several times in the last year hoping our community dispensary would get some quality staff but that has not been the case. Trash service & zero product knowledge, incredibly bad representation of the cannabis industry. Can’t even keep staff & regularly closed due to staffing shortages. Victoria has some incredible dispensaries try any other one out there & only go to trees if you know exactly what you want…name & product otherwise they will give you a very uneducated response or product that is not ideal for you!

I stopped by today, Pablo helped me find the best strain and was super helpful and friendly! The manager Kate is super cool and curates a beautiful selection of locally grown products. A cannabis enthusiasts’ dream

My first time at the shop (I also let them know that) and I was treated poorly from a heavy set woman behind the counter.I am mentally challenged and had trouble figuring out prices. That woman had zero patience for me and let me know by rolling her eyes and having an attitude.I should also point out that when I went in I let them know that I was going to need an ounce of their best sativa (so a few hundred dollars spent, sometimes close to $500) and also that I purchase that amount every two weeks. That is probably a lot more than your average customer would buy I'm guessing. Yet even that didn't turn this woman's frown upside downThat was a very embarrassing and uncomfortable experience and I was happy to finally leave.Avoid this store as there are plenty others that have much nicer staff

Katty, not sure how to spell that, sorry. When I approached her about completing a return due to a miscommunication from another staff member she proceeded to get very defensive and try to parent me. saying it was not fair to say her team member lacked knowledge in a specific product type, when they had just told me they had no knowledge. she proceeded to defend them and basically tell me I was horrible for saying such a fact. I think Katty and trees would benefit from both product knowledge and basic customer service training - including how to navigate feedback that is value neutral. I was not upset that the first team member was unknowledgeable in what I was looking for - but by her escalating reaction.

I will say 10 stars. Cannubus is really awesome for MS today I treated myself to an infused single, wow tastes like bubblegum. Its a zinger! Thanks Trees!!!
