very unprofessional, poor attitude

Went back for a prenatal check up becuase my wife is 14 weeks pregant but she still cant refer us to a doctor, she mention that she has done 2 previous referals for us but was declined because my wife is not a high risk patient. so she lectured us onto how she keeps sending out referrals will effect her rep becuase its sent out on behalf of her name, the problem is that is. This is our first child and we have no idea which doctor to refer to, and when we ask her for suggestion she only mention that just go ask your friends and whoever u want let me know and i'll refer you.Now that I know I wont be going back to her period.

Long wait time even though you have an appointment. Secretary is rude

Always late for phone appointments, no matter what time it is. We’ve sat by the phone for over an hour, waiting for her to call just to be rushed over. She doesn’t take her time with clients and is a very fast talker, so it’s very difficult to communicate with her. However, when you’re giving her information, she’ll ask over and over for you to slow down. I always dread having to speak with her.

Worst doctor ever! She was 'helping' my mom and keeps telling us to go to our old doctor and saying that she can't help. All we were asking is to have her book an appointment to see my mom and she kept telling us no. We've been with her for a bit and it's the same every time. I've never heard a doctor shout at their patient for wanting help. Such a rude, inconsiderate, inconvenient, horrible doctor. I've never heard a doctor so unprofessional in my whole life. May as well just wait forever at a walk in than come here.
