Couldn’t recommend Matt enough! He spent so much time with us going over everything and went the extra mile making sure he inspected and tested all the appliances. Get yourself a real inspector with Matt. I have bought a home previous and went with another inspector before but I wish I knew of Matt back then. The difference in quality of report speaks for itself as everything is presented very professionally. Matt does a great job on the details and doesn't cut corners.
