Cedar Hills Animal Hospital

I recently took my pet for her vaccinations and was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention they provided. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. The facilities were clean and modern, I felt confident that my pet was in good hands. I highly recommend Cedar Hills Animal Hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care!

My cat was suffering a megacolon, before it got worse i specifically said i don’t care what the price is, give me the best option to fix it. They gave me an option to do surgery but they said “no don’t do it it’s too expensive” so they said just use this medicine to soften his stools. My cat kept getting the same problem every month each time it “resolved”. So i said no give me the surgery before it gets worse. They again keep saying it’s too expensive don’t do it. That’s when i was done and took my cat to another vet. The other vet i went to, they called Cedar Hills 3 TIMES to send previous reports of my cat. They said that’s odd they’re still not giving it. My brother asked to email the reports to him then, they said he will get it in the morning. We waited DAYS, and still nothing. That’s when we restarted the whole thing at the other vet with blood work, fluids, x-ray, ultrasound etc etc. They said the Cedar Hills should’ve done the surgery from the beginning because now my cat is super sick. One day i took my cat to the emergency animal hospital in langely. They said the same thing they should’ve done the surgery from the start if the meds didn’t work at all. A day later, my cat has passed away. If only my cat gotten that surgery, he would’ve been fine.

We take our dog here for grooming and for our Vet visits. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. They really do take care of your animal. would go back for sure.

Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the dr’s themselves. I always feel like my fur baby’s are in good hands here. Prices are also very reasonable.

We've had my 14 year old pooch here at the groomer a few times. The staff are so gentle and caring. We recently had to bring our cat in to the hospital side for some issues. The Dr's and staff were helpful and very concise with the diagnosis. The pricing was very affordable and now the cat is on the mend. Great place!!

Amazed at the politeness of everyone working, place is a little run down but it was clean and that's all that mattered to me. The vet was super good with our cat and dog, we came from out of province and were referred by the girlfriends mother. If we're in need of vet services while visiting, we will be coming back here hands down.

The vet's advice saved my dog from a lifetime of pain, even though the advice meant we would be rushed to a different hospital for an alternative treatment. They helped Shadow during a very traumatic injury to his eye and took good care of both of us that day.The staff went above and beyond in the weeks after my dog's surgery. I'll always be thankful to this hospital.

Our first time there; staff is very friendly. My dog just felt very nervous and would not stop peeing but I hope that goes away with time. I look forward to building a relationship with the staff here.

I went here only once, as this place was closer than our regular vet.Although, the eye drops prescribed by the Vet got for our dog did heal her.Not a 5 star as after getting the appointment - had to wait outside with reception and the next 45 mins waiting for the VET to attend us. So prepare to keep hours aside when going here.Might be the one off case, but the first impression was not that good.

Dr came in when my cat was trying to fall asleep after sedation to be euthanized and told me to stop touching him so he falls asleep faster- I was saying goodbye to my beloved pet and he was rushing it...Front staff was very nice and helpful.
