Excellent work. I was so pleased with the work they did.

Asked for a quote for my lawn in Markham and the manager complained that since I wasn't committing to a weekly schedule, it'd be a hassle to put their equipment in their trailer to do the job (?!) I may have committed but would want to see their work at least once.... Can't understand why they are complaining to a customer. Bizarre.

PLEASE NOTE: This company is a FRAUD -operated by Alex, with his mother, Dana Frum, as the key manager. Ratings are likely self advocated or via friends. Dana threatened me to small claims for defamation in posting this grievance & has gotten my previous ratings removed.Now they have written a response, claiming credit for a nomination award from the city, received long after they left, after spending 1000's of $ and time of our own. Their response also further exhibits their UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & MALICE as a customer's PRIVATE matters are of no CONCERN of theirs!!KEY ISSUES:Dana proved to be rude, belligerent and displays conduct. She will act like the owner, make decisions, do things her way to CUT CORNERS and rip you off. Complains that she was an Engineer and has been reduced" to hard labour.They were hired solely for a complete landscaping project

Dana and Alex are great people. Came personally to complete a quote. They sent quote quickly and once I booked them they fit me into their busy schedule for Fall clean up. Will book them again next Spring.

Been with Porcupine Lawn Care for many years now and I can honestly say that they are one of the best in the area. They have provided me with amazing service in snow clearing as well as lawn care. I would definitely recommend them over anyone else in Markham/Richmond Hill Area.

Dana and her team were personable and did an amazing job cleaning up both the back and front of my yard. I was able to schedule them at short notice and Dana deligently communicated with me to ensure that my needs were met.

My wife and I had an incredibly wonderful experience with Dana and her staff @ Porcupine Lawn Care. I needed some landscaping done to replace the ugly front lawn and back porch area of my house. Dana was able to come up with a beautiful design for my outside area. Porcupine laid out gravel and constructed a wooden flower bed box in my back porch area, constructed a brick flower bed in my front yard and created a beautiful mulch/rock garden on my front lawn. On top of that, they re-sodded some of the grass I had on the rest of my yard where re-sodding was so badly needed. The final result is beautiful and we love it so much!My wife and I truly appreciated Dana's creative input in designing our yard. No longer did I have to feel shame over how badly weed-infested my yard, both front and back was. Nowadays, we can actually look at our front yard with pride. Dana's crew worked fast and very friendly and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any future lawncare landscaping projects for sure.

Just don't call as the lady that answer the calls has no phone skills what so ever.
