This is a really wonderful studio in Stoney Creek. The teachers are very friendly and welcoming as well as being knowledgable and supportive. Newbies and visitors are greeted warmly at reception and given information about the studio and classes. Love the hot Hiit Pilates class, especially with Mozana. Highly recommended this excellent Pilates studio
