If I could give negative stars I would. Dealing with call it spring has been a nightmare. I have shopped at these stores for many years but after receiving the worst customer service of my life because THEY have lost my package and refuse to fix the situation I will be getting all my items refunded and will never be shopping here again. Wasted over two hours trying to get this resolved and still nothing

Always hit and miss. The customer service is usually non existent. The associates rather talk to each other than help find shoes. And there's a whole row of lights that have been out for months so it's really dark in there. I'm not sure why it hasn't been fixed. Product wise: The over the knee boots stretched out four hours after wearing them. They bunch around the ankles now. I Kinda find it hilarious. I didn't bring them back. But I should have.

Terrible service. I have been a spring shopper for many years and recently moved to the tricities. I have been into this location 3 times in the last year and I get the girl with the short hair every time and she is so flipping rude and miserable. She acts like she hates her life and it really shows. Will not return to this store.

I like their shoes and purses, just to be clear, i buy it only when its on sale as i rather spend more money on a really good quality. Their quality is ok, and doesnt last long. Thats why i buy only when its a big sale.

Call It Spring
I was there with my family earlier this morning. We bought 10 pairs of shoes and 4 online orders. We are a family of five, so trying the shoes on making decisions took a bit of time. Tiana and another associate were working; very impatient and disrespectful to us for taking their time, basically doing their job that they are being paid for. I have shopped from here multiple times but have never been ignored by the workers and that is not how customer service works. Would not recommend to anyone nor will I shop there with the current working team.

I ordered and prepaid for shoes 2 weeks ago. I was told that I would get a phone call when the shoes arrived in approx. 5 business days. Still haven't gotten a call. I have tried calling them multiple times and it just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Not super thrilled that I had to prepay for something with no customer service follow up. I would have rather gone to another store and pick them up.

Terrible service.Went in today to purchase a pair of boots. Picked three display shoes I liked and asked the lady for my size. She said ok but didn't take the display shoes I was holding like at other stores. Leaving me to put them back on the shelf.I tried on a few pairs and the girls seemed so annoyed that I would even bother them by asking for a size. After a while they just kept saying no" when I asked for a size. Even though they weren't even checking in the back.They seemed more interested in standing around talking than doing their jobs.Lots of hard working people out there. Fire these 2 girls and hire someone else.Will be calling head office come Monday."

Poor customer service. Ordered shoes that were far too small for my feet. I couldn’t even get it over my foot. When I tried to exchange them for a bigger size they accused me of wearing them. I explained that I couldn’t even get it over my foot so it was literally impossible for me to even wear it around even if I wanted to. After arguing back and forth they finally gave me a number to contact and the customer service had told me it should have been no problem for me to exchange in store. Waste of time. Ended up returning through customer service. I understand there’s a policy that employees must follow but they should have directed me to customer service earlier instead of wasting my time

Do not shop here. Horrible experience. Did not inform me that of I didn't buy immediately the shoes would go out of stock. Thought they reserved them. Very dissatisfied.
