Bad experience here. I went in to buy a cake today. I just asked a couple of questions about the types of cakes they had and the woman who served me was rude and sarcastic. I don't plan on returning, I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Drive thru only. We got there at 8h45 on a beautiful day with maybe 12 cars in front of us and we're able to get throught! Pretty fast service and great ice cream. It's Dairy Queen you know.

Perfect place to grab a frozen treat, and possible almost all year. Great options and usually has all the advertise specials. Having the drive-thru is a game-changer, as you don’t need to bring the whole family inside. The only negative thing is that the service isn’t always consistent and during busy days you can wait longer than expected.

Poor customer service. They had a promotion running for buy one and get second for a dollar between 20th march to 26th march. I went there on 26th march (today) and they declined the offer saying it ended today (please see the image). Usually end dates are inclusive but it’s first time I have seen such a promotion. Guys if you can’t afford to stay true with your promotion offers, the. please don’t promote!!!

The Owner of the establishment called me back and apologized for the experience. She offered to make it up to us and give us free blizzards on our next visit. The owner Lucy is very profesionnal.The cake I ordered looks nothing like the cake I got and they didn't even write I missed you <3" Instead decided to write I miss you! The top and bottom border is sloppy and inconsistent

Great place for great ice cream n cakes when it's open to dine in because the drive through is absolutely horrid. Now during Covid19 its drive through only, cars are lined up around the strip malls parking lot taking almost an hour just to get served. I'd wait til they fully open again or wait til its not busy.

Wish it can be rated 0. They don't honor the blizzard flip. They argue with all customers that come in with coupons. When you argue back they tell you to call the owner and to not be rude when we were being polite - just trying to get our point across.Wish they'd have/get a manager that was older than 16...

We went in to buy a cake for my girlfriend's birthday today and the server was rude. My gf asked a simple question about the cakes and the server ridiculed her. She ruined what could have been a quick, easy and pleasant experience. Avoid this location.
