Been coming for a couple years and the booking Online tool is awesome, but especially the therapist Marc Leduc. I was in alot of back pain last 2 summers and Marc has been amazing to say the least. Thank you Marc.

I love the ease of booking an appointment on line and the many options. The building is clean, want and relaxing and the three RMTs who have treated me have been nothing but fantastic. The rates are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend The Massage Shoppe.

I don't want to tell you how awesome it is here, or how incredible Donna is, because her appointment spots will fill up. But let me tell you...she's amazing. She knows her stuff, is the absolute friendliest, and will make all the kinks go far far away.

Bad experience. Was reffered by someone and contacted them for a massage to start going there continuously. I booked it and got completely swamped with work and forgot my appointment. They contacted me 10 minutes in to see if i was still attending. I apologized right away and explained the situation and the fact that i never miss appointments usually and this was an honest mistake. They decided i will be charged anyway and told me to pay a fee. I sent them another email asking to consider this as a warning and completely understand if this was to reoccur that i would pay the full appointment but that i would appreciate a bit of understanding considering how expensive these services are and the fact that i had not met them. They did not help or consider this and required payment of the fee. I have canceled my appointment and will not be returning or telling others to join. While we all struggle with the economy and try to find ways to heal our injuries, it would be nice to know consideration and one chance is given to someone who plans to come back often. Lack of consideration. And again if this was not the first time i would have completely understood as the massage therapist needs his money too. Very frustrating.

Been getting massages here since it opened and only had excellent service with very knowledgeable staff. I've had massages from several masseuse and they've all been fantastic.The same phenomenal service can be found at Ability Massage Therapy & Acupuncture Studio. located in Kanata, which is owned by Rose (co-owner of The Massage Shoppe)You will not regret getting treatment at either location. Easy booking can be done online or by phone.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Massage was top notch. Would definitely be visiting back here often
