WORST customer care program. They made me wait for 2 weeks and emailed today again without a resolution; took thousands of dollars with my orders and have failed to respond back about 2 stools after sending them videos and images on them; DO NOT spend your money with them! NO customer loyalty or appreciation!

Beyond AMAZING customer service at this Urban Barn location! I literally drive over an hour to purchase everything from Nadee. So far she has put together my kitchen, living room and dining room!! They all look gorgeous! I'm constantly getting compliments! Can't thank you enough Nadee! I'll be back soon to put together our bedrooms!

I had a great experience buying my first couch here, the staff was super helpful and reminded me to sign up to get an extra discount! Lilly was awesome and totally sold me on the couch that I choose, she was so knowledgable and sweet - I came back the next day to finish the sale with her and can't wait for my couch to come in!

Dont buy a sofa here, had one for less than 12 months and it is already broken. The plywood they used inside the sofa is really bad quality and not secured well.

We purchased furniture earlier this year and had an amazing experience so we drove the 2 hours to go back to the outlet. It was absolutely worth our time. Nadee was so helpful with great suggestions and ideas. A terrific variety of items. Prices were GREAT!

I’ve been a repeat customer here and enjoyed buying their products until my last purchase. You would think they would try to do what they can to not lose a repeat customer who promoted their business, but they didn’t. Even after escalation to the manager and head office. Over a $150 price adjustment. Unethical business that doesn’t value your business and would rather lose a customer, future sales and referrals.I bought their patio furniture from their outlet in the box only to find the exact same item in perfect condition being sold as a floor model at their retail store for $150 less than what I paid. They declined to adjust the price or give me a store credit. I’ve been buying all my furniture for my new place at crate and barrel and will continue to do so. The customer service and their products are absolutely amazing.

The sales staff are incredible. Lilly is so lovely! She took the time to really help us find exactly what we were looking for. My friend purchased a stunning ottoman at a great price.
