It was easy to track the package, and delivery was efficient once it was en route. I am happy they can do evening deliveries, as we are home to receive them at that time. Great service!

It took many many tries to get my order to go through on the website. The theme is to shop local so I was disappointed that the food I ordered from a Winnipeg restaurant came in a frozen container from producer in Ottawa. I assumed the product would have been prepared at restaurant in Winnipeg and frozen for purchase. It was pricey and I have tasted better frozen version of this product. I also ordered honey from a Manitoba producer and it is awesome.

Good Local is fantastic! The delivery person is always friendly when they drop off my coffee each month. The text service, reminding me of the order and letting me know when my purchase has been delivered is great, especially when I’m not at home. It’s great to support Local businesses!

I received a gift card for my birthday that didn’t work with the website upgrade but was reissued one once we figured out what was going on. Shopping was easy online and I appreciated that I could track my delivery with approximate delivery time which was on time with precision! I live around the corner from Good Local - looking forward to a pick up option.

I want to take something special to my nieces in Ottawa next week and decided on my favourite locally made candles from Coal and Canary. I placed the order and they were delivered to my front step less than 24 hours later. I am so impressed and so happy to be sharing local with my family. Thank you.

Product was gorgeous! I ordered two Valentine’s Day sweaters from their website. Sizing was easy, as the size of their models is listed on their website, so you can compare your size to them. Plus, FREE and fast local delivery done by one of their associates. When my order arrived, it was packaged beautifully and clearly delivered with love and care!

Well, He had some trouble finding my block. He ended up across the street at a different one. Probably using Bing instead of Google. Bing can't seem to locate my block. I finally got his attention by shouting and he delivered it up to my 3rd floor apartment. So, slight hiccups, but a super nice delivery guy.

I have some mixed feedback to give:1) I bought a gift (a piece of jewelry) that cost me around $100, but the presentation value was really lacking, in my opinion, for a gift of this value.2) I appreciated the 15 minute alert for when my delivery would arrive. Delivery was fairly close to that time.3) I found the website had limited options for things I’m interested in, but I’m glad that local vendors have a way of participating in the online economy.

When I talked to Ryan at Millers Meats yesterday, I was told my order would NOT be delivered yesterday because I needed to place my order earlier in the day. My order was placed around 12:00 P.M. Sadly, my order was delivered around 5:15 P.M. My husband is in the hospital and I was not here to know my order had been delivered. This morning, reading my emails, I saw it had been delivered and sat outside for over 10 hours. I brought it in and now will NOT use it for fear of becoming sick. My order was over $46.00 and now will go into the garbage. I am very upset and now would like to receive at least a store credit. Please reply at your earliest convenience. I need that meat to prepare a family dinner this weekend.UpdateI wish to edit this review. Upon reaching out to Miller's Meats, I spoke to Ryan and John, who were saddened to hear about my poor delivery. This is the only time in decades that I have had a problem. We normally pick up our orders but do the health issues, we needed to have our meat delivered. They replaced my order within an hour of my call. IMHO, Miller's is the place to go for quality and great customer service. Thank you so much!

I'm very pleased with my ordering groceries on line from the Co-Op store on Grant Ave. It was easy to set up an account and place my order. The order was delivered with a smile from the very friendly and helpful delivery person.
