Using their services from 2+ years and their technical department is helpless and not understandable.From last 2 month Eld is working but not updating to back office, Tracking not working and no internet working.Explained this situation to 5-7 people differently. No one leave notes for next person.Every time I have to explain this situation to the new person.Almost wasted more 10-12 hrs with these guys over the phone and they are wasting their time too.These guys don’t understand that replacing eld can better option for customer and them.It can save time and money for both.

We run a fleet of about 60 trucks in it, truly Switchboard is doing an outstanding work in the field of ELOG book, its not only easy to install but also very user friendly. Moreover, the support team is more than helpful just a msg away.Keep growing and keep serving Trucking industry.

After hearing rave reviews from others in the industry and reading the reviews on the google playstore, I decided to give this one a try after 2 others. This one is by far the best. Its got everything we need for our operations and then some. It didn't cost as much as the others and there are updates with new features and fixes free of charge. App runs smoothly and have no issues with officers either. This has relieved so much stress for me so thank you!! I have also left a review on the google playstore, got to support a local company!

I am with switchboard for many years now. Trying to get a simple answer from them that what are the subscriptions i have but nobody have any qlue. Seriously? Is this how you guys are running business? I ll try again to get an answer and ll post again and again. When we are in Canada, we need to provide services like canada. You are taking money in dollars not in any other currency. Why so pathetic services?

I bought it thought it was cool and simple but it no working with my 2020 peterbilt ,support says we working on it ,in meantime they still taking money out of my account for a services that don't work I want my money back like your website says. One word integrity

I get set up with this company last year, and they are completely useless!I m trying to cancel their service for last 3 months, and no buddy can’t help me !I don’t recommend this Company!Samsara works 100% better, I can use gps Without Electronic Logbooks!After seven months, I still didn’t cancel my service with this company !I try to call and speak with customer service. Also, I sent couple emails and I never get transfer!I would like to share,my experience with them. Everyone deserve,to know what kind of company is this!I am pretty sure there is more people who has same kind of experience,with them and they can confirm,customer service of Swich Board is 0!!
