A pain of a service.I booked this company for a spring clean (wipe down of windows, ledges & floors) of my one-bedroom, one-bath apartment for a 3 hours cleaning session with an optional 4th hour if needed. Upon cleaning day, the cleaners arrived 30mins late and rushed through the cleaning only doing the bedroom & bathroom in 3hrs. When I requested the 4th hour to finish the home, they declined stating they did not have time.I voiced my concerns with their management, whom blamed their GPS for the tardiness (we live on a main street and have never had issues with directions before btw), but agreed to arrange a time for the final hour to finish my home (living room & kitchen). We agreed to the following Sunday morning.Sunday came, and I waited past the appointment time then received a text stating they were unable to come due to a late cleaning session the evening before.Finally a week goes by and I receive a call from their management setting up an evening cleaning for Saturday night for 530. Again, their cleaner showed late at 645, and spent 1hr cleaning the kitchen.The invoice came, and I was shocked to see a FULL 4HR charge for this 2.5 week / 3 time attempt appointment. While I understand that a total of 4hours in total was spent cleaning our home, this company has failed to assess the effort the I as the consumer have put in to fulfill this service. Multiple appointments booked, tarty workers, and a management team with a clear “we know best” attitude has left me wishing I had never booked this mess.*** NOTE: Their management has done a wonderful job taking ownership of their service. 2 weeks ago I booked a 3 hour clean with the understanding that if it was not finished they could stay an extra hour or 2 at an additional rate.After they showed up 30minutes late they rushed thru only finishing the bathroom and wiping down the main bedroom, when we requested more time to do the rest of the house they replied that they were running late and wouldn’t be able to make it happen.This led to us having to rescheuele 2 weeks later for 5:30pm.. they were almost an hour and a half late.. showing up at 6:45 and leaving at 7:45.The lady who showed up managed to wipe down our kitchen floors and cupboards before once again being rushed to leave with the main portion of our 950sqft place untouched.Keep in mind our house is very tidy as is and we were just interested in having the place dusted for a spring clean.

Very impressive company! They clearly walked me through their process so there was no ambiguity. The team that worked in my house were very detailed and thorough. They ensured customer satisfaction by asking me to do a walk through and point out areas that did not meet my expectation –they did a quality job! This experience was really outstanding for me! This company is highly recommended!

The whole experience was terrific!There is nothing like seeing your house look and smell so great. Toks and his wife were amazing, they got my place ready for an open house right on time, and spotless. We will defenetly use kleanfinish again. Highly recommend!

Notice that the reviews and ratings are extreme here - either a 5/5 or min of 1 star. My experience is similar. Great great service - very easy and prompt in booking, payments, scheduling etc. Toks the manager does a prompt and amazing job in responding to messages any day any time. Service is A++. Now onto the cleaning part - that is where my opinion is polarized- we booked the cleaner and yes she came on time (exact), did a spic and span job, was professional and direct which we liked. However, was a bit slow, took her time at the beginning and left some areas untouched. However I feel like the overall experience was positive given she did clean up areas after the hour was up. So for the most part 5/5 but not perfect - so I give them 4/5. Will definitely use this service again having said that.

These folks are awesome.From the initial phone booking, to the reminder call 45 minutes before the actual appointment - it was a pleasant experience.Not only did Karen do an awesome job of cleaning my place, at the end of the cleaning, she had me walk through and conduct a complete and detailed inspection.I recommend this company, and plan to use them next time.
