Shkagamik-Kwe Health Centre
The RPN at the clinic advocated for my niece and nephews to receive the health care they needed while being in foster care with Kina Gbezhgomi. She contacted them multiple times to make sure they brought my niece and nephews in. It’s important for doctors and nurses to also act as advocates and she did. I am not sure exactly her name but I was impressed and grateful that our people have advocates for our children and elders.

Where to even begin my god, classic clinic that tells you appointment at 2 only to wait a whole hour but I'm fine with that that's normal Canada stuff. But losing a blood sample is unbelievable, doctors there were suppose to be at the hospital for the birth of 3 children only showed up for one and the baby was already delivered even tho doctors were told hours ahead of the labour. Just a unprofessional mess, You'd be better off going literally anywhere else.

Treated like I was important. Very wonderful staff. From the nurse practitioner’s all the way to psychiatrist. They just care. Makes you feel respected Thank You.
