This was not a positive experience. I made an offer that was accepted on a 2013 Nisan Juke. It was a very nice car with the exception of a motor chatter which I wanted checked out before we picked the car up. The on staff mechanic agreed there was something wrong. He indicated it may be a timing chain but wanted to do a deeper analysis. Here’s where the vibe really changed. The sales person, Simran, who had been very polite and accommodating, just couldn’t wait to give my deposit back fast enough. Despite me stating if it was fixed , I would still buy it. I might have even participated in the repair, but that was never offered. All she said was I far as she was concerned, there were no dash lights on and I would have to take it as is at the originally agreed price. So, said another way, take it or we are selling it to the unsuspecting next guy. Which is exactly what they did. This is not someone I would ever do business with again. By the way I read most of the reviews before calling this dealer. Most of the positive reviews on on sales without issues. Seams as soon as there is an issue, well the experience changes, definitely not for the better !!! Good Luck

Auto save is the best dealer / shop to deal with! I had bought my first car from them which was an Audi s4. It was in amazing condition and they gave me amazing service. Everyone is so friendly and made the process of buying the car seem so easy and natural. They are very honest and trust worthy people and I continued to get my car regularly serviced and worked on from them. The mechanics are very experienced, knowledgeable, and know what they’re doing.I would 100% buy my next car from auto save based to the amazing experiences I have had with them, and the ones I continue to have. LOVE this place. Came in to service my car and will continue to come back. Simran was super helpful and explained every detail pertaining to my car. I love how she broke down the process of what she was doing in leiman's terms, talked me through the other services my car needed. Keep up the great work guys, I will definitely be back.
