Rude lady hung up on me. Put wrong sizes on dresses and refuses to return. When asked about time frame for exchanges she said “jo bhi tha aap ke saamne tha” and hung up. Size 24 was actually size 28. First she puts wrong size on display and then refuses to accept the issue. Loser

This store is great for casual Pakistani wear. The girls working there are helpful and nice. It's a bonus that it is close to home.

Amazing customer service. She was very sweet and even offered me to go check other stores if I like something but I came back and she gave me a discount plus a free earing as she saw I was pregnant and incase I wanted to still use the earing and feel tired to go around for earing.You don't come across such service and kind people anymore but you are amazing so thank you for being who you are.

Great customer service. I usually run into Ayesha who is always very polite with a great customer first attitude, eager to help. This is my go-to place for casual desi wear for very reasonable prices. Highly recommend it

Today I purchased my Nikah dress from Poshak Mahal. I found their clothing to be very elegant and must say they have an amazing collection! This is hands down the best place to shop for Pakistani outfits. I have so far not found any other store that compares to this one. I was helped by Sidra who took her time to really help me choose the best dress for my Nikah. I have yet to experience such phenomenal customer service from another Pakistani store.

I have been to this store a couple of times now and they always have a great collection and good quality, I always buy a dress from here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices of the clothes are extremely reasonable compared to the neighbor stores.

We drove 35 minutes to get to this store, on Google maps they have their closing time as 8pm, we got there at 7:30pm and the store was closed already. We called the store to see if they're still inside and might open the door, no one answered...prerecorded message came on saying this customer's answering machine is not set up. We wasted an hour and 10 minutes for nothing, we could've gone to another store had we known their closing time is not fixed.and changes based on their availability. My one star rating is based on this experience only, I would strongly suggest calling them to make sure they are open before you waste your time.

They had great customer service and didn't hesitate to show me multiple outfit options when I was rushing to get a last minute outfit for a wedding. They also have various dupattas and trouser styles and were nice enough to let me try other trouser/dupatta options when I didn't love the trousers that came with the suit. I found them very reasonably priced
