Their staff is knowledgeable and honest. I dropped a bike off for an annual tune-up and they called back saying my bike didn't really need that level of service as everything was in pretty decent shape. So they said the cheaper tune-up was all that would be required. Its not often you get a call saying that your requested service is going to be cheaper than expected! We also purchased a bike there last year and had excellent service in helping pick out the right bike and swap the handle bars to something that worked better for our needs. 10/10 would highly recommend them for your next bike purchase.

I booked for the Annual Tune up and when I arrived with my bike, the tech took a quick assessment and told me I just need the Basic Tune up. It is rare for a company to tell its customers that the cheaper service is actually good enough.I ended up spending less and totally satisfied with the service.

Visited them while cycling touring cross Canada. Unfortunately their repair shop doesn't understand touring cyclists! They didn't let me use their quick release tool (which literally takes 3 seconds to open the chain!)... They wanted to charge me $10! It's the only shop with such an attitude so far! I would have given 1 start. However, Mark (one of their managers) is a nice person to chat with

Customer service was courteous and check in of my bike was fast. My complimentary tune-up was a one-day quick turn-a-round and the bike came back in much better shape than when it went in. I received an itemized list of what was checked which I appreciated. Much reduction of noise when going over bumps on the streets. Good job! Thank you.

Great service, friendly & helpful staff who are very knowledgeable. Super pleasant experience shopping there, and have been back four more times since I made my original purchase, to pick up more; items I had forgotten, or not thought of. Every time I went to the shop, I dealt with someone new, because those I had already met were busy with other customers, and I was treated the same by every person I dealt with. They have earned a customer for life.

Brought my bike in to replace a flat tire. They had comparable tires, at a great price and service was really quick. I’m so happy they got it completed within a few hours and I was back to commuting.

I recently purchased a Roll 2.0 from Woodcock Cycle Works. Mark was the salesperson who helped me and his friendliness and knowledge were much appreciated. He was able to answer any questions I had and guided me to the perfect bike for my needs. I took 3 different bikes for test rides and found my favourite. They didn't have my size in the store, but it was brought in from the warehouse and assembled. After a quick test ride, I was hooked. They have earned a customer for life. I will definitely recommend Woodcock Cycle Works to others.

Avoid!!! Waste of money! I had my hydraulic disc brakes serviced here twice last year. First time lasted about a month and it stopped working. Went back, they told me I’d done something to it, and had to replace the pads and rotor. I fell for it and had them do it (of course they didn’t cover anything from their previous work). Had them do it again and guess what. Same thing. Lasted about three weeks before the same break started giving again and now it has no give. They have inexperienced staff who don’t know what they’re doing, especially with disc brakes. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I found the bike mechanic who took my bike in extremely knowledgeable in what was needed to get my bike all tuned up and ready to ride. She explained ahead of time everything they were going to do and what the costs were going to be for all the parts and labour needed. I made my appointment online and the wait time was about a month, so that wasn’t great. However I brought my bike in for tune up service at 5:30 the day before and got an email at 9:40 the next morning advising me that my bike was ready for pick up. Speedy and friendly, clear expectations of costs and work. Will go again.

Paid them to fix a persistent problem, then life happened and I put the bike in storage for 6 years. Went to ride it again, only to find it was never fixed and the problem is still there. I still have the receipt. I didn't expect them to fix it at no charge after 6 years, but thought they'd offer something, since they obvs didn't diagnose or repair the problem right to begin with. Instead, they want me to pay them to do it again, and apparently just write off their first mistake as my loss. It's my fault too for trusting them and not checking the work when it came back, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover part of it
