Amazing.. made a custom ring for me after my wedding ring was damaged..the claws were bent and diamond lost. I had a pair of diamond earrings he custom set onto the band. Love it. Took a few weeks as expected. But love it.

Did not have the proper tool to change the battery in my watch scratched the back up so you can feel it sharp on the wrist

Price is reasonable for replacing a watch battery while you wait. However, when I got home, I noticed one of the 4 screws on the back has been replaced with a unmatch screw -- bigger, scratchy, flat instead of a cross head screw. Also I found a dent on the plastic rim on the front of the watch. Good thing it is an old watch.

Grandfather Clock. We took a grandfather clock that we inherited to him as it was not working. He promised to have it done in 2 weeks, but we were away so he had it for 4 weeks. We picked it up today. He took the time to go through what we needed to do to make it run, then packed it safely for the ride home. It is now set up and working (and sounding) beautifully. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend him.

I took my watch with a broken wrist band in and he fixed it within minutes. Decent value.

Left my watch there for cleaning he said he would call the following week when it was done, I called him 2 weeks later and left a message asking if it was done yet and he phoned me to come and pick it up. I have had it for 8 days now and still can't see the time because of the condensation on the crystal. Would not recommend this place. Update: the reason I took it in for a cleaning was because it was stopping and that had happened before and cleaning fixed that problem. So I took the watch to Simon's Jewler to get fix and they just dried it out and cleaned inside the face and it works great now. To bad I paid Elite $45 to spray water in it and call it good.
