Monadnock Mountain Spring Water

This water is the best, in my opinion. Also, convenient delivery at a reasonable price. Delivery person was so nice and helpful. I have been looking for this in stores for a few years now. So happy I found the delivery option.

This review is only for self serve as I haven't dealt with any other aspect of the company. I started going here during COVID lockdown because bottled water was otherwise scarce and the price of 35¢ a gallon is unbeatable. But if they're not going to maintain the self service they might as well shut it down. I'd pay another ten cents or more per gallon if they would repair the shelves, doors, machines that shortchange when they're even working at all. The same machine will have an out of order" sign in it for weeks running. For all the times I go there to find it "closed for maintenance" you'd think it would seem less like it's slowly falling apart.The maintenance crew is rude also

We like their water but their machines only take 1’s and 5’s and only 2 of the 3 are dispensing water at the moment.Would be great if they took 10’s or credit cards too.

Water is great. Self-service machines usually work but the one on the left has always dispensed half gallons for me instead of a full gallon. The dispenser for empty jugs is usually out of service and even when it's in service it just steals your money. The moral of the story is bring your own jugs and use the two machines on the right.

I’ve only used for self service, and unfortunately the two machines on the right would not work with coins. We also tried doing the “coin return” lever without success, and thus loosing a whopping 70¢. Besides that, the self service function is really nice to have so near the house, and for a decent price. I would bring only one dollar bills unless you use the machine on the far left (the only one with a plastic door cover).

Several water filling machines down during a recent visit but overall the quality of the product is good, facility is clean and you can't beat the price!

Awful customer service. Awful communication. Awful payment and billing systems. The water is decent but it isn’t worth the hassle.

If your local membership/warehouse store no longer carries 5 gallon water cooler" spring water (and I know they don't - it's filtered tap water now)

Water tastes great but machines are constantly broken and eating your money

Absolutely love this place. We save our empty water jugs and drive out here every other month to fill them all up. You can not beat 35 cents a gallon for spring water.
