Servus Credit Union - North Hill

Worked with Cole Twitchell, one of the financial advisors at Servus Credit Union North Hill. He was a fantastic person to deal with even though there was a lot of hiccups (not his fault) he was cheerful and constantly communicating with me to be sure I was still happy. In the end I decided to go to a different bank for my application as I got a better rate however I will be sure to come back to Cole in the future. Amazing Customer Service!In addition all the tellers at the front have always been happy and helpful every time I have been in that bank. I have been a patron there for 10+ years now, and have never had a bad experience.

Dealt with Jacie at North Hill. She kept me posted on a LIRA transfer, even on her days off, and things went seamlessly. Definitely a great advisor to deal with and props to her. Also, the North Hill branch is very clean and I seldom have to wait for service. Would recommend.

I had a great experience at this Servus branch. Cole helped me with getting a consolidation loan, and with my minimal banking knowledge, Cole explained everything to me so I was up to date with how it all works. I am very happy to have Cole help me with it. Very easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and I found he was more than pleasant to work with. I have been dealing with Jacie Desilets at the North Hill Branch for several months now. She has always been quick to respond, and very efficient! She goes the extra mile to serve her clients and ensure their satisfaction and results. Jacie has responded to her emails at night, even when her notification says she is away from the office! It was a like a roller coaster ride of finding our new home. Too many different issues and adjustments before my family have finally reach our goal of having our home sweet home in Canada. All of this becomes a reality through the help of our broker named JACIE DESILETS whose been there to make too many different options just to move forward. I came into Servus Credit North Branch. I was helping a Ukrainian family find a bank. Shannet assisted us and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She worked very well with this couple, whose English was limited. When we left Yuri and Maria had all their banking needs met. Shannet was very patient and kind.

Great group to deal with! Jacie was beyond helpful and answered any questions I had without hesitation!
