I had my worst experience with Hub international. I bought a new house and got a new insurance with Hub and requested canceling my old house insurance. After days of calling with no answer and lots of emails finally I received an email with this:The updated policy will be mailed shortly.Trusting the above is in order

Nobody ever answers the phone, no one responds to voicemails, why have a phone number? When you call head office they can't even help you because it's a different corporation of Hub. Do not use this company. DO NOT USE HUB anywhere

They NEVER pick up the phone, there is an option to leave a voice mail but the voice mail is not even set up.... I spoke with someone last week, one of the times they picked up the phone, asked for an address change. they sent my paperwork to my old address.... seriously ?
