Excellent grooming service for my very shy, nervous matted kitty. Great service from phone appointment to in-person reception to the groomer, Lily. It's difficult to find any cat groomers let alone competent ones. Stella came out looking and feeling 100% better. Just shows what the right hands can do

My absolute favourite clinic. They are so compassionate, friendly and outwardly kind. I’ve never had a bad experience here EVER!! I’ve been here with two dogs. One needed emergency care and was beyond saving. They treated us incredibly and gave us the most compassionate care. With my newer puppy, they have been the most helpful and even go beyond vet duties, making sure you know how to take the best care of your breed. I would never go anywhere else!!

I just got a 4 month old puppy who had never been to the vet. He’s very shy and scared of a lot of things still and we are trying to get him to open up. I was in fear of his first ver visit but Dr. Bayne was amazing. She was very gentle, caring and loving towards him and he became comfortable fast with her. He didn’t even notice he got his shots. I’m so happy I found this place. This is the first time I’m taking care of an animal since a puppy so she gave some great advice on how to socialize him and more. I can tell they will help me make sure he is as healthy as can be.

This review is for Dr. Zach Jones. Typically when we pet owners look for a vet, we want someone good and knowledgeable and while Dr. Jones has that but what really stands out for me is that over the course of 8 years of having my dog, I have not met a Vet with empathy who actually cared for the pets and their owners until we worked with Dr Jones. Our pets are a part of our families and it was always mind blowing to me how not many professionals in the animal healthcare space viewed it this way and actually dealt with us accordingly. Dr Jones is very knowledgeable, caring,a great communicator and patient. For that I am really appreciative of his efforts to help my dog live a better life.

We saw Dr. Rachel Filippini at Royal York animal hospital for the first time today. We had been there once before but with a different vet. Dr Filippini introduced herself to my tiny pup and I and immediately put us both at ease. We felt welcomed and I knew we were in excellent hands. She checked my girl out and was so kind to answer all my questions and concerns. As she had suspended the tests confirmed what a week of antibiotics should clear out and we should be good until it’s time for our annual checkup. I trust that Dr.Filipini is experienced, intuitive, attentive and knows what is best for my tiny girl. All the staff at the clinic were wonderful making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. Leaving our appointment with such a positive experience when worried about your pet makes all the difference. We have definitely found our Vet.

We loved our old vet, but it was difficult to get appointments as he was semi-retired. We switched to RYAH because of their proximity and hours and have had a great experience with them. Dr Suzie took care of our cat who was diagnosed with cancer and after we had her euthanized at home, called us to offer condolences. Recently, our cats had an eye infection and Dr Bayne did a very thorough job testing for the problem in order to prescribe the right meds. Our experience with all the vets there has been positive and we like that the knowledge and treatment are consistent even when we need to see different vets for follow up (both Dr Bayne and Dr Philipini dealt with the eye infection). Although RYAH can be a bit more expensive than some other vets, the quality of care is great and I’ve never felt they’ve pushed unnecessary tests or treatments on us. The vet techs and other support staff are always super friendly and helpful.

I used to take my previous dog to a vet in Mississauga where I used to live. It's takes a hour there and a hour back. With the new puppy I decided to find a vet close to where I live now. My puppy's gastro was having some problems so I called RYAH and got a appointment within several hours. It's very big vet practice. I found that the tech staff amazing as well as the vet. Oliver had a wellness check also while there because it was a requirement of the breeders contract. He's healthy and his tests came back negative. The vet was proactive which I really liked and started him right away on special food and antibiotics. I liked that approach. Yes they are a bit pricey but well worth it. It's also a one stop shopping they have grooming, food and a pharmacy. I definitely will be going back. Plus it's right around the corner from me.

Since 09/2020, Dr Allen has helped us care for three of our cats. Compassionate and reassuring, we especially appreciated Dr Allen's expertise and comfort during and following the difficult diagnosis of an aggressive cancer in one of our cats. During Covid, we were allowed to be present for our beautiful black cat's final moments, and couldn't have had a more caring and soothing vet than Dr Allen. I have also been grateful for the entire team's kindness while we have we sat in our car (during Covid) -- the joy with which our pets were received and returned to us was so appreciated. Although we are returning overseas for now, we plan to return with our cats whenever we're back. Thanks again
