My boyfriend and I went in on July 24th to purchase a couch for our new place we were moving into mid August. My BF had Shawn M. help him the day prior when I was unavailable, and he took me back to show me the couches he liked so we could pick one. Shawn was very helpful and informative. Although, we picked the delivery date for August 14th, and they said they will call us the day before to give us a timeframe for the delivery. 6:30pm on the 13th comes around and no call. My BF called the store and the representative he spoke to said they were out of stock and won’t have the couch we ordered until the end of August. My BF explained how we were supposed to have it delivered the next day and the rep on the phone said he would get Shawn to contact us. He did the following morning and said it was a miscommunication as it was out of stock at the time we purchased the couch AND picked a delivery date which we had agreed on this date verbally with Shawn himself. We were offered to have the delivery fee ($80 of the $1800 we spent) waived for delivery which my BF accepted since at least it was something for the frustration. My BF has still not received this $80 charge refunded like they said they would. We then received a call saying that we would have our couch delivered on the 21st. We received the couch but there is no assembly included. The delivery guys were super nice and fast but darted out before I could even ask about assembly. No instructions are included either, so we searched around online and had to deal with that on our own. We were left wondering how it all goes together, as well as a pile of plastic and cardboard. Overall not too impressed with our experience with Leon’s. We love our couch and are happy we got it, but ultimately felt like they are in it for the money and not the customer experience.

Purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress about a season ago here with Sean's help. Sean was super welcoming and friendly. Most importantly for us, he was definitely knowledgeable about mattresses. He provided us clear demonstration of the differences among various types and brands of mattresses. We eventually picked the tempur-pedic and now after 3 months use it has been growing on us. We are so far happy about our purchase. Getting a perfect mattress for yourself is hard, and if you are not sure, Sean should be your best bet to get help!

I bought a sectional less than 1.5 yrs ago and was told I was getting extended warranty. Well, the main seating portion collapsed from someone (6'4 height) sitting on it (not aggressively, just a bigger human). Leon's will not fix or replace it as it is structural damage past 1 year. I've had Ikea furniture last longer. Low quality garbage with zero accountability. DO NOT BUY! Not worth even half the cost.

We are very happy with the LG appliances bought from Leon's Coquitlam. Large selection, good prices and amazing 24 month financing plan. We received a great help, in the store, from Michael. He is knowledgeable, kind and polite.

A sofa was a big purchase for myself. When I arrived at Leons Coquitlam I went straight to the sofa I loved after seeing it online, when Angela approached she was so friendly and interested in my story of how long it had been since I’ve owned a new sofa, she listened to me ramble on, we sat on the show room sofa and She reassured me it was a great choice/purchase. Angela was very informative. I ended up buying on a no tax weekend it was great savings. With the supply chain it was out 2 to 4 months and that really didn’t bother me , but one month later I got a call from Angela saying that they had one returned because previous customer didn’t want to wait for love seat.Angela went above and beyond for me, I ended up with an ottoman too. Delivery was the next day. Delivery guys were very friendly and also helped me move my extremely heavy coffee table.This sofa is beautiful, comfortable and very well made.I highly recommend Angela at Leons Coquitlam.

This place has a final sale policy, even if the item is defective or insufficient. I bought a bed frame that failed within 10 days with 2 average adults sleeping in it and they will only replace parts, not accept the item for refund. I will never buy anything from this store again.

I've tried to write this review a few times but it was always really long and I kept trying to shorten it, but I've decided maybe it's better I don't.The short summary is this:Whenever I need furniture, Leon's Coquitlam is now my first port of call because I know I can trust their team to care about my order.Now for the longer review if you're willing to find out why I said that:I purchased some special-order furniture (bad idea in a pandemic) and there were numerous delays. Shawn M. kept me informed regularly and presented other options when it was clear the delay might drag on. Being stubborn, it took a while for me to consider any of them. Thankfully Shawn was very patient with my frustrations and never tried to pressure me toward an alternative and just mentioned them as they presented themselves. Leanne was also amazing here, wanting to make sure if there was a potential solution, it was discussed. This in itself says how much integrity the Coquitlam team operate with.At some point after an update, I decided that I'd like to consider the alternatives and contacted Shawn. It felt like he and Olga made it their personal mission to get me the absolute best outcome if I wasn't going to get exactly what I had ordered.They pulled out all the stops, we came to a favorable agreement and I had my new sofa setup delivered and installed a couple of days later. The sofa is amazing, and when there was an issue with the power supply, it was trouble-shot within a couple of hours.In my opinion they went far above and beyond what I could have expected for the purchase of a sofa. I can't recommend them enough.

I bought a set of AVA furniture at Coquitlam branch. Shawn M helped us find the best option and, kindly, explained about their products details. He patiently helped us to find the best way to finance our purchase. He also helped us solve some problems we had with their costume service.Thank you Shawn M.

I went to the branch in Coquitlam, great staff! I bought a sofa bed with warranty and extra spraying service. The sofa bed was delivered on time however, did not receive spraying service. Still 4 months after the promised date of service I have to call the Leon’s CX service! Such a low quality cx service, seems no one is responsible and responsive in this company! Each time I made a call, someone just gave me some nonsense word and promise!

Amazing experience during our first time visiting Leon’s. Sean was super friendly, not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and we didn’t hesitate purchasing our sofa and ottoman from him. Highly recommend going to see Sean J. at Leon’s Coquitlam!
