Excellent service and products.I was startled at 2 minutes after 8 in the morning today when the phone rang. It was the guy at OLS responding to my internet query regarding a small order of crushed stone for a drainage project that I am working on in the back yard.Many shops take forever to answer internet questions, if they ever do!The friendly and helpful guys at OLS have supplied me with aggregates in the past and I have been happy with the quality, delivery and quick response.I recommend Oxford Landscape and Supply.

Amazing customer service and prices!!We all know how hard small business are working during COVID and there can be many hurdles these small business have to over come.I ordered river rock and they were suppose to deliver it and had not shown. I made a couple phone calls to find out where it was.The customer service I received was outstanding.I came to find out that they were down a driver due to an accident and that they would work their hardest to get it to me. This situation was out of their control and the customer service I received was some of the best.I understand that things happen and small business take a hard hit when something doesn't go the customers way.I am very grateful for their customer service and their amazing products.I highly recommend this amazing landscaping company and can not wait for my sod to come!

Picked up some black mulch to liven up our front gardens. The mulch was clean, excellent quality and was a nice rich dark black in colour. Exceptional costumer service and friendly staff. Terrible organization and customer service. My boyfriend ordered soil to be delivered. We were told when ordering that it would be between 10 and 2 pm. But if we wanted it before it could be done earlier. We said yes please, the earlier the better. At 1pm, we called asking where it was and was assured it was on its way. We called again at 3:30pm to ask where it was and had to leave a voicemail. It is now 4pm and we get a call back that we couldn't imagine" and that it's "not coming". After we had rented and borrowed the tools we would need to redo the backyard. We will never order from here again."

Ordered triple mix and bought some landscape rocks at the same time. Both were delivered the same day. Great customer service and value!

The service was exceptional, the staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the price was the best around. I ordered last minute and they made arrangements to deliver before they opened to accommodate (Lambton Depot), they went above and beyond!

Excellent service, products, and pricing! We've purchased black mulch from Oxford Landscape & Supply three times this year, and have been pleased with the service and quality we have received, and their pricing can't be beat. We will be back for more again next year to freshen everything up.
