Great business if you’re looking anything HVAC related. Since being a customer with Anchor for the past 12 years, I have been able to rely on them for any issues. Signing up for the care package is one of the best things I could have done for the house. The staff is so friendly, from the technicians to the office staff. Today I was happy to see Ray back for an annual furnace and HRV maintenance and check up. He’s one of their best!!

Easy to book my annual maintenance for my furnace, A/C and Fireplace. I had Ray (technician) come out to do the maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and polite and takes his time to ensure the job is done right. He was very polite and easy to talk to while he was performing the maintenance and answered any additional questions that I had. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Had my furnace and air conditioning maintenance today. Ray provided excellent and courteous service and advices. Showed up on time and really competent. September 30th, 2021.My annual furnace servicing was not due until late October . Luckily Anchor called me and I was able to have it done today. Again we were fortunate to have Ray Routhier come into our home.It's like a yearly visit from an old friend.We are always happy to see Ray especially our dog. He loves Ray .Anchor is lucky to have Ray as an employee and hope he is there for many years to come.Thank you Ray. Stay safe
