AAA Photography Studio

Fast service and well organized but dissapointed photos provided were only 1500x2100 resolution and also in a lossy compressed jpg file.

I get to the studio at 1045AM and they open at 10. Upon arriving I see a worker inside and the door locked. I knock on the door and the employee sees me and doesn’t even acknowledge my presence. After knocking several times another employee comes to the door and tells me the lady who does the pictures isn’t here yet and to come back another time. I had taken them time out of my day to go to them expecting them to be open to take my picture and they didn’t even seem to care about the inconvenience they caused or even apologize for it. I would not recommend for anyone. They don’t care about their customers or about the time they waste of yours. If you’re not going to be available to open on time for your customers at least have someone else who can cover you. This was unacceptable. Having set hours of operations means being present to your customers during the posted hours you say you’re open. It’s obvious they don’t know how to run a proper business. Some garbage management they have running the business

Hi Rob,I don't remember this ever happened. The comment was posted a year ago. US visa photo just required electronic file at that time, no printed photo was needed. For US visa photo, I always ask the customers to write down their email address to send the electronic copy immediately after they left. They need to upload the electronic photo during the online application process. If it passed the website's verification, then the photos met the visa photo requirement. If not passed, they can come back for a re-shoot or get refunded. This never happened. I don't remember anyone coming back for a re-shoot of the US visa photo. Reshoots are always for Canadian passport photos, which are verified by passport officials.And I always show the customers the photo either from the camera or after printed before I put the stamp. It didn't make any sense to give them extra 2 photos if they were not happy with the previous ones.Edward Yu

My experience with AAA photo was definitely a horrible one. I found the place with a quick Google search for US Visa photo near Barnaby". The photographer was in such a hurry to be done with us (me and my brother) that he didn't even show us the photos before printing them. The end result was even more disappointing. The photos were not centered properly and were cut unevenly. when I mentioned the problem
