Unfortunately One star is the least I could go with while reviewing! Would have gone with 0 star if I had that chance! Got Shawarma plate from 494 Big Bay Point Rd, Barrie, ON L4N 3Z5 location. Found a piece of “metal steel scrubber” in the food while in the middle of having it. Went to the store again driving way back to complain about the issue and the owner insisted the employee at the shop to not provide any refund or food even though something big like this happened, instead I was asked to bring back the food which I purchased that had steel scrubber in it to get refund or only to get 50% on the next purchase. The store owner Hady Dief was so rude and unprofessional, refused to even provide refund and had no idea on how to treat customers. He didn’t feel sorry nor did he even apologize for what happened instead was telling me to go get food from my house driving way back to get refund!! He was talking in a way as if nothing even happened and all this was normal for him and was making me understand that this is how his business/store runs and I understood that customers are not his priority and even if we find terrible things in food we need to live with that!Customers need to be very careful at getting food from his store in particular cause firstly you may find stuffs like what I just found and secondly this owner does not know how to talk to customers and how to manage situations!

Worst takeout experience ever. My friend and I ordered 2 saj wraps with very different modifications. The lady working handed us the wrong wraps when we went to return them they were already closed. I called the next day to see if there was anything they could do since I am allergic to pickles and could not eat my wrap. The lady on the phone was insinuating I was lying about the whole thing and hung up the phone. I go there roughly 3 times and will week and 100% will not be returning. 0/10 service*UPDATE*Called given number and yet no answer. Direct email(s) still nothing. I hope you’re proud of this terrible establishment you “run”. This is very sad to say the least. I used to come here at least 3 times a week after long days of work. You should really reevaluate your costumer service. Better yet don’t throw your employees under the bus with nonsensical answers such as “my boss said there is nothing I can do”. This is well respected chain that should not be piloted but an incompetent owner. Have some respect to your customers please!

I have been to this particular Osmows location numerous times before. The food here is just delicious. Today I got the student special for just 10 dollars. It was amazing (as always) and those working in there had great customer service.

Loved their food. They are popular in Barrie and a go to choice for many. Tried their oz box which is a nice combination of salad along with filling chicken and rice. Though you can choose other combinations also. Price was justified by the quantity they serve. For a tasty and healthy dinner option i would recommend the place.

The Chicken on the Rocks is perfect. If I smell it, I have to get it. 2 days later I crave it again. The service here is fast, friendly, helpful and accurate.The overall valued experience here is good

Ordered Falafel Saj wrap from this restaurant and the wrap was very poorly packed. Everything was spilling out of it, Ended up throwing most of it away

Just picked up an order of Philly Steak and Tabbouleh salad and I'm super disappointed with the salad. It was nothing but dry (some yellow-looking) parsley with no lime or olive oil at all! Had to get home and fix it because of how dry and poorly done it was considering the pick up time was more than 30minutes.

EDIT (from 5 Star to 2 Star)I went here today and it was a noticeable change from the last time I went (~4 months ago) - They no longer offer the platters and replaced them with boxes" which are half the quantity of food
