North Bay Animal Hospital

They couldn't accept me for a neutering because I am not living in North Bay????? I am in Sudbury... they did not even care to ask about the situation with my puppy.

We have been bringing our family pets to the North Bay Animal Hospital for many years now. We have had a flurry of visits over the past few months which made me think to write this review. Our vet is Dr. Karen Barnes and both we and our dogs LOVE to see her but all of the staff and other vets have been truly great. Very happy that we have such an excellent local service provider to support our family.

Was really impressed with how quickly the hospital took our Maggie. Dr. Rae was wonderful. Treated her but didn't do anything unnecessary. Followed up with phone conversations. Very caring. Maggie has recovered fully. Thanks to a caring facility!!

We are new clients at North Bay Animal Hospital, since relocating to the area. We have had excellent routine care. This past week one of our fur babies became very ill. We used the emergency clinic in Barrie and were very impressed with their professionalism. Today our fur baby took a turn down, and we were very pleased- they fit her in despite being fully booked and Dr Rea was very thorough in informing us of her condition, and care. And a vet tech helped me carry our fur baby out to the car. We are very pleased with our decision to make North Bay Animal Hospital our veterinarian.

They take such good care of our animals. Our dog was missing for 7 days in -27 and colder in Sudbury. Once found we called all vets in the area and no one would see him. We came home to our vet here and they fit him in that day and kept him for a few hours to ensure he was okay. They are great here

Just had an amazing first appointment with a VERY nervous new member of the family. From the moment we finally got him inside (treats and soft encouragement from lovely admin Missy) he slowly opened up and absolutely loved his entire experience. By the end of the visit he didn't want to leave! Dr. Seidler was very patient, thorough and informative. I have to say though - our dog is now IN LOVE with Missy! She was an absolute angel to both speak with on the phone as well as in person. She really showed our pup what a wonderful place North Bay Animal Hospital really is and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. I am also very thankful for her patience, kindness and understanding when we had to reschedule last minute and even put us on a cancellation list so we could get in later that same day with some luck. I just took my pup Sadie to her first appointment with North Bay Animal Hospital, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a vet.I was a bit nervous as Sadie suffers from severe allergies and is in rough shape due to being off her medication... However, I didn't feel any judgment from Dr. Seidler nor the lovely lady who was with us. I could tell they genuinely had Sadie's best interests in mind, and were very gentle with her (she's a nervous-Nellie). The front desk staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I am fully satisfied with my visit and look forward to bringing my fur-babies here!

Just wanted to take a few moments and thank our long-time vet Dr. Sherri Rea. She took care of my guy Hulk for years (he had serious health issues) and also helped me make tough decisions in the most delicate way possible. She now guides us with our puppy Bert and shows up" fully any time we need her. Thank you Dr. Rea! I hope everyone has the pleasure of working with her at some point."

A day ago I was proud to call this clinic my vet. Today I wouldn't recommend it to anyone .. some big changes going on in there obviously and not for the better. I always received heartfelt care from Sherri. Today was a total change of events .. she was not available and i understood that..but the other vet refusing care after what I've spent at this clinic is sickening.. if it closed tomorrow breath a breath of fresh air.

Amazing! Everyone that works there is amazing. I had an appointment for blood work with my almost 1 year old working belgian malinois who is a muzzle dog when getting examined (he’s had an extremely bad experience at a previous vet office which is why he is a muzzle dog) and I wasn’t comfortable letting them take him in the back without for his safety and their safety ( as he is bite work trained) and they gave me a room and did the bite work with me in the room, which I know isn’t protocol. I’ve never been more comfortable and happy with any place I’ve taken my pup too! These people are amazing and I appreciate everything you do! Thank you
