A-MILTON TAXI
Tried to use this business because on demand was busy. Didn't hear him say that he was sending a cab. Called The Cab Company and it was the same guy and said he was not sending a cab because of the way that I was apparently acting. So me and my five-year-old daughter had to walk from the carpool lot at the 401 to downtown and then we had to walk back after the parade. We came from out of town and I didn't know how the service was. Now bylaw will be getting notified.

It's OK that companies are busy. But they won't tell you the truth and we'll just say 10 minutes even though. It's at least an hour before it will be there

Called for a taxi, I was alone at my work was told 10 minutes called back at 25 mins cause no one showed up was told I was next in the list and to call another company, was waiting in the rain as a single female.

Taxi never showed up, or even bothered to call me. Terrible service when you call them. Rude and unprofessional. Just call an Uber.

Driver came to pick me up in a Chrysler Minivan. 10 min into drive, he was having transmission problems (would not shift out if gear). After multiple stops to shut and restart car, we were able to get on our way and arrive at the airport. I was very concerned that I wouldn't make it to the airport online to catch a flight. We made it!!

Drivers are rude and regularly leave their cabs parked empty next to no parking signs, fire routes, and expected mother spots. Not to mention their disregard of pedestrians and other vehicles. I legitimately can’t tell if they’re just hiring bad driver or just people with anger issues.

This is the worst taxi service I have ever dealt with. Are used to use the cab company in Hamilton and at the most you were waiting 10 minutes. We had an appointment today we called they said 10 minutes. It took over half an hour. We ended up walking, so if you have somewhere important to go pre-order, and that’s not even a guarantee. It wouldn’t be so bad if they wouldn’t lie to you and they told you the proper time that they would actually be there on time

This is the first time we’ve taken their services. The car was on time, in fact, they were waiting for us before the appointed time. The driver was friendly and helped us load the suitcases in the car. I’m quite satisfied with their service.

Service was great! But they can only drop you off at the airport. They don't have permit for pickup at Pearson.
